Arsenal cruised to a 4-0 victory over Ipswich Town, delaying Liverpool’s Premier League title charge with a ruthless display at Portman Road. The Gunners’ attacking fluency and defensive composure underscored their dominance, capping a stellar week following their Champions League triumph over Real Madrid.
Ipswich briefly threatened when Enciso miscued a chance early on, but Arsenal capitalized swiftly. A blistering counter-attack led by Martin Ødegaard and Bukayo Saka culminated in Leandro Trossard slotting home despite slipping, netting Arsenal’s 100th goal of the season. Gabriel Martinelli then tapped in his 50th Arsenal goal after Mikel Merino’s clever flick from Saka’s cross, exposing the gulf in class.
Ipswich’s hopes evaporated when Leif Davis was sent off for a reckless foul on Saka, reducing Ipswich to 10 men before halftime. Arsenal’s control intensified after the break, with Trossard adding a second via a low finish. Teenager Ethan Nwaneri sealed the rout late on, his deflected strike compounding Ipswich’s misery. Standout Performances included Trossard’s brace anchored by Mikel Merino’s intelligence and a few other dominant performances. Arsenal’s defensive discipline and rapid transitions overwhelmed Ipswich - made it a comfortable watch. Great team win. We go for another…pushing on! C'mon Arsenal!

Arsenal had another frustrating 1-1 draw against Brentford at the Emirates. Coming off the high of their midweek Champions League triumph over Real Madrid, Mikel Arteta’s men struggled to replicate that intensity, albeit heavily rotated squad.
The first half was an acceptable affair, but Arsenal unable to break down Brentford’s organized defense. Kieran Tierney thought he had opened the scoring, but was offside. The Gunners looked sharper after halftime, and Thomas Partey broke the deadlock in the 61st minute finishing off a swift counterattack orchestrated by Declan Rice, who continued his excellent form.
However, Brentford responded just 13 minutes later; capitalized on a defensive lapse, hooking in an equalizer that stole our joy. Despite late pressure from Arsenal, including a near-miss from Bukayo Saka and a deflected cross from Gabriel Martinelli, we couldn’t find a winner.
Arteta’s decision to rest key players like Bukayo Saka and Martin Ødegaard initially seemed justified rightfully so. Even after introducing his stars in the second half, the Gunners couldn’t regain control.
This game was a lot of individual brilliance, team resilience and a lot of endurance with 10 men. We turn our attention to what really matters now. There's still a lot to be proud of this team. Listen and share. Onward, Gunners!

Arsenal stunned the footballing world with a commanding 3-0 victory over Real Madrid in the Champions League quarter-final first leg, delivering one of their most complete European performances in recent memory. Arsenal’s tactical mastery and individual brilliance left the Emirates rocking, putting them in pole position to advance to the semi-finals.
Real Madrid showed flashes of danger early on, threatening on the counter. But Arsenal’s defense, held firm. The first half was a tense battle. Despite Arsenal’s dominance in possession, Thibaut Courtois kept the Real Madrid in the game with a string of fine saves, leaving the match finely poised at halftime.
The second half belonged entirely to Arsenal. Declan Rice broke the deadlock with a stunning free kick, curling it past Courtois to ignite the Emirates faithful. Moments later, Rice delivered another moment of magic, unleashing a long-range strike that left Madrid shell-shocked. Mikel Merino sealed the win with a composed finish after a clever cutback from Myles Lewis-Skelly, whose dynamic performance belied his young age.
Madrid’s frustrations boiled over late in the game when Camavinga was given a red; further tilting the balance in Arsenal’s favor. The Gunners saw out the match with maturity and composure, nullifying any threat from Madrid’s star-studded attack.
Declan Rice was undoubtedly the star of the night, his two spectacular goals showcasing his growing stature as one of Europe’s elite midfielders. Myles Lewis-Skelly shone with his versatility and fearless approach, while Mikel Merino’s intelligent movement and clinical finishing added another layer to Arsenal’s attacking threat.
This other part of the win for Arsenal—was the defensive shape. With a three-goal cushion, heading into the second leg at the Santiago Bernabéu, Arteta’s men have added confidence. But for now, let’s savor this unforgettable night at the Emirates. This is the Arsenal! Only way is upwards!

Goodison Park was a tense battle as Arsenal almost left with a win; instead ended in 1-1 draw against Everton in their final trip to the historic ground. Trossard’s clinical finish gave Arsenal first-half lead, but Ndiaye’s controversial penalty early in the second half ensured the points were shared. This match was a tale of sustaining dominance from Everton's pressure, marred by questionable officiating and missed opportunities.
Arsenal started brightly and dictating play with a heavily rotated lineup. Raheem Sterling’s pace and drive, set up Trossard’s opener—showing composure and precision. However, Everton’s physicality and defensive resilience kept Arsenal from extending their lead before halftime.
The second half began with drama as Myles Lewis-Skelly was adjudged to have fouled Jack Harrison in the box—a decision that is ridiculously wrong. Ndiaye converted from the spot so that was a gift to Everton. Despite introducing Saka and Martinelli, Arsenal struggled to break down Everton’s defensive block, with Jordan Pickford making crucial saves to deny Declan Rice and Martinelli.
Given the heavy rotation, there's more to appreciate than worry. Sadly, as Premier League officiating…. We take the draw and now we turn our attention to Champions League clash with Real Madrid. Arsenal! Arsenal! We move!

Emirates was filled with joy as Arsenal edged Fulham 2-1. A game that showed the Arsenal players filled with confidence, resilience. Bukayo Saka’s long-awaited return was the headline story, and what a way to mark it—with a decisive goal just minutes after stepping onto the pitch. Add to that Mikel Merino’s continued brilliance, and you have a performance that left fans buzzing.
This wasn’t an easy ride, though. Arsenal started strong, controlling possession and creating chances, but injuries and defensive lapses kept things tense. Gabriel Magalhães’ early departure with a hamstring issue was a blow, and Fulham’s late goal reminded us of the defensive frailties and how much luck made our evening good in winning spirits. Yet, the Gunners showed grit and determination to secure three vital points.
Saka’s goal was a fairytale moment, made possible by Gabriel Martinelli’s audacious flick—a play that will be replayed a lot. Meanwhile, Merino’s opener highlighted his adaptability and importance to this side. Performances like these have to be applauded in several context.
There’s plenty to unpack from this game: the joy of Saka’s return, the tactical tweaks from Arteta, and the standout displays from my top 3 players. Tune in as I break it all down in this byte-size episode—because this is Arsenal: never straightforward, always thrilling! Onward, Gunners!

Arsenal edged past Chelsea with a hard-fought 1-0 victory in a not so exciting London derby! This win not only solidifies our grip on second place but extends our unbeaten run against the Blues to seven games. It was Mikel Merino who stole the headlines, flicking in Martin Ødegaard’s pinpoint corner with a deft header to give Arsenal the lead. The goal marked an end to our long drought from corners and showcased the precision of our set-piece routines.
Chelsea tried to respond, but Arsenal’s defense, led by Jurrien Timber and Gabriel Magalhães, stood firm, keeping their attackers at bay. The second half saw fewer chances but plenty of intensity, with yellow cards flying around in a physical contest.
Merino came close to doubling his tally with a well-struck volley, but Robert Sanchez denied him brilliantly. Chelsea had moments of pressure, but Arsenal’s composure and tactical discipline ensured the lead was never truly threatened. This victory is another step forward in our Premier League campaign, as we continue to build momentum heading into the season’s final stretch.
Tune in for more insights and hear my thoughts on Merino, Timber, and Ødegaard—three players who were pivotal in securing this win. We break for international lull before we head into the long stretch. Hoping for some more good news…until then —Up The Arsenal!

Arsenal secured their place in the Champions League quarter-finals before this match. But a comfortable 2-2 draw against PSV Eindhoven was not so bad! This key was to rest key players.
As for the rotational influence, talk about a perfect start! Zinchenko's early stunner set the tone, and despite PSV's efforts to salvage some pride, Arsenal always looked in control. The atmosphere was relaxed yet appreciative, with fans savoring our return to the latter stages of the competition.
Speaking of performances, Sterling can be proud, notching two assists. Declan Rice continued his goal-scoring form, while Zinchenko excelled in an advanced role. Listen in for my take on the third standout player. This result sets us up nicely for a mouth-watering quarter-final clash with Real Madrid.
There's a lot to unpack from this game. Tune in for more. Now we have a challenge in our hands. Let's leave the hype for others. This is Arsenal! On to the next round. Come on you Gunners!

Arsenal’s clash with Manchester United in a 1-1 stalemate wasn't as the score reflected. It was only a feather away from a win or a loss - either team. The Goal That Shouldn’t Have Been - Bruno Fernandes’ free-kick opener, born from a defensive lapse and David Raya’s sluggish positioning, felt like a self-inflicted wound.
Martinelli’s Surprise return was a 58th-minute welcome entrance that jolted the game to life. Rusty but relentless, his mazy run and cutback for Ødegaard forced a heroic save. But why wait so long? Arteta’s delayed substitution felt like unlocking a fire extinguisher after the smoke alarm blares.
Rice’s redemption's thunderous equalizer—a 20-yard missile that rattled the post on its way in—saved Arsenal’s blushes. Yet his heroics masked a midfield that too often bypassed creativity for safety. Ødegaard, usually the puppet master, drifted in and out and should have been our match winning hero.
Raya’s double save in stoppage time, clawing Fernandes’ header off the line, reminded us why he’s Arsenal's man. This wasn’t a bad day entirely —it was a familiar one. A team capable of fighting all through it all. Tune in to the byte-sized breakdown for more. The resilience is what drives us all. We keep moving. Onward Arsenal. Come on you!! -
Arsenal surprised us all with a historic masterclass, thrashing PSV Eindhoven 7-1 in the Champions League round of 16, marking their largest-ever away win in European competition. The Gunners’ blistering attack and tactical precision left the Philips Stadion stunned, securing a commanding advantage ahead of the second leg.
PSV briefly threatened to gain some ground after a converted penalty. But Arsenal’s response was ferocious. Ethan Nwaneri joined the blitz-party with a thunderous strike, following the lead from Timber's header. Mikel Merino, capped the first-half rout by pouncing on a defensive error to slot his home.
Second half Arsenal shifted gears, Ødegaard netting a brace—including a 25-yard rocket—and Leandro Trossard tapping in a rebound. Calafiori added the seventh, while PSV’s Ivan Perisic rattled the woodwork in a rare moment of defiance. Myles Lewis-Skelly’s aggressive tackle earned a yellow, a reminder of the fine line between intensity and recklessness. I'm sure you have a number of players that fit your top 3 performers - as a collective, a number of picks would fit. While Arsenal’s attack dazzled, defensive lapses—like Partey’s penalty concession—highlights head scratchers. Yet, seven goals, teenagers involved, and a record-breaking night? That's vintage Arsenal. Tune in for to this byte-size breakdown. Share this episode and join the debate. Let's enjoy this win thoroughly! The Emirates awaits the second leg. This is the Arsenal. On to the next. 🔴 Come on you Gunners!!

Arsenal trudged out of the City Ground with a 0-0 stalemate against Nottingham Forest—a result that felt like swallowing bitter medicine. Defensively resolute?Absolutely. Offensively forgettable? Painfully so. Arsenal's backline stood lively against Forest’s physicality, but their attack sputtered like a car out of fuel, mounting on frustration as we count the days and weeks.
The first half was a few memorable displays. Saliba, Gabriel, and Timber—operated like a fortified wall, snuffing out Chris Wood’s threats. But up front, Merino’s false-nine experiment worked...and worked, beyond recycled possession and hopeful crosses into a forest of defenders.
Bright spots flickered briefly: Tierney’s introduction sparked width, forcing a sharp save from Sels, while Ødegaard’s late blocked shot was simply would-be-victory. Yet Forest’s low block proved impenetrable, reducing Arsenal to sideways passes and speculative efforts. The clean sheet? Laudable. The attacking inertia? We all know.
This wasn’t a disaster, but we have a vacancy for hero. A point earned is fair. But we need to strive for more. Arguably. Tune in for byte-size breakdown.
Share this episode with fellow Gooners. Onwards, but are in it during these hard times. C'mon Arsenal!

Arsenal’s 1-0 defeat to West Ham wasn’t just a loss was a big one. A performance that left the Emirates crowd simmering in disbelief, watching the team unravel was sad. The defending? Shameful. The urgency? Buried under a mountain of sideways passes and tactical confusion.
Bowen’s goal. A cross from Wan-Bissaka that shouldn't have gone through, defenders ball-watching like a tourist. How does a backline that’s prided itself on discipline switch off so catastrophically?
Then there’s the red card. Lewis-Skelly’s challenge on Kudus was not worthy of a red card. VAR’s insistence on upgrading it felt like punishment theater. If that’s a clear goalscoring opportunity, then so is a coin toss. A yellow? Fair. But this decision reeked of pedantry over pragmatism.
Odegaard’s invisibility? Alarm bells. When Arsenal needed a conductor, he played the mute. Why did he not get aggressive with shooting? Questions lingering in the ashes: When did “control” become synonymous with cowardice?
This was a bad day at the office with the blueprint ripped up and set ablaze. The crowd’s disconnection from the players? Very odd. No synergy, no spark—just certain moments of coming alive and then groans of resignation.
How does a team with this talent forget its identity so utterly? Crawl into the pod, let’s flush out together. Then we regroup and push forward. On to the next!

Arsenal’s 2-0 grind at Leicester - survivalist masterpiece. It was about rewriting the rules of pragmatism under the flickering lights of a faltering conundrum. The crowd didn’t just witness a football match; they saw a team morph into something raw and ruthlessly creative when Plan A dissolved into dust.
Leicester’s barely strangled Arsenal’s attacking veins for 70 minutes - it was self-deficient and we needed a miracle - something. Then came the twist: Mikel Merino, a midfielder by trade, thrown on as a striker. Chaos theory in cleats. His two goals—a poacher’s stab and a predatory redirect—weren’t just goals; they were existential middle fingers to convention. Ethan Nwaneri, meanwhile, played without the comprehension of premier league pressure. Instead he decided “I’ll take it from here.”
The away fans? Architects of this chaos. Their roar after Merino’s second goal didn’t just rattle the King Power Stadium—it shook loose the cobwebs of Arsenal’s hidden talents. Three points earned, not gifted. Not pretty, not polished, but necessary. Sometimes survival is the sharpest form of beauty. Strap in—we have a lot of fight with this team. The fire burns brighter than ever. Stoke it. C'mon Arsenal!

Arsenal hosted Manchester City at the Emirates in what can only be described as a jaw-dropping, unforgettable night of football. Dismantling City 5-1 in front of a raucous home crowd. This wasn’t just a victory—it was a reminder to sit down, be humble.
The Emirates was rocking, and the energy on the pitch matched the electric atmosphere in the stands. The first half saw Arsenal’s defensive structure nullify Man City’s attacking threats, while our attacking play caused chaos for Pep Guardiola’s men. However, City managed to claw back an equalizer early in the second half through Haaland.. But Arsenal didn’t flinch. Instead, they responded with pure ruthlessness.
Thomas Partey’s strike restored Arsenal’s lead almost immediately, and from there, it was all Gunners. Between Youngsters Myles Lewis-Skelly and Ethan Nwaneri, I think they both stole the show with a sensational goals - each; that had the Emirates on its feet, while Kai Havertz silenced his critics with a powerful finish to make it four. What an extraordinary night!
City had their moments but were completely outclassed by Arsenal’s intensity, precision, and hunger. This was a performance for the ages—one that will live long in the memory of every Arsenal fan.
Listen in for more about this heart-bursting performance against Man City and my top performers. Let’s savor this monumental win and carry it forward. Onwards and upwards—C’mon Arsenal!

Arsenal secured a crucial 2-1 victory against Girona at the Municipal de Montilivi in their final Champions League group stage match, clinching a spot in the round of 16. The Gunners coming from behind to win and finish third in the group with 19 points; albeit some luck to go with it.
Girona surprisingly took the lead through Arnaut Danjuma, capitalizing on a poor run by Arsenal's goalkeeper Neto. However, Arsenal's response was swift. Jorginho equalized from the penalty spot composure under pressure.
The highlight of the half came just before the break when 17-year-old Ethan Nwaneri announced himself on the European stage. His curling effort from the edge of the box was simply breathtaking, putting Arsenal ahead.
The second half, Arsenal continue to press for a third goal, with Gabriel and Timber coming close from corners. However, Girona proved resilient, nearly equalizing through Cristhian Stuani, only for it to be ruled offside. The match remained tense until the final whistle, with Raheem Sterling missing a late penalty that could have sealed the game more comfortably.
While Arsenal's performance wasn't flawless, securing an away win in the Champions League and progressing to the knockout stages is a significant achievement. Nwaneri and the team's ability to come from behind are positive signs as we look ahead to the round of 16. Take a listen for more about this match. The challenges grow as wait for the draw. This is the Arsenal! On to the next one. Come on you Gunners!

What an insane of a match at the Molineux Stadium as Arsenal clinched a hard-fought 1-0 victory against Wolverhampton Wanderers. This win wasn't just another "happy" win; it was despite the best attempt by external influence to deny us the fair chance to battle for the points. Can we get a swift reprimand please?
Talk about a display of character! Arsenal had to dig deep, playing with 10 men for most of the match after Myles Lewis-Skelly's controversial red card just before halftime. Despite this setback, the team showed incredible mental fortitude, adapting their tactics and maintaining their composure throughout the second half.
My standout performances included, Declan Rice and David Raya, who were absolutely brilliant in this match. Rice was outstanding, while Raya's showed up in crucial moments in preserving our clean sheet. Listen in for my thoughts on Riccardo Calafiori, who came off the bench to score the winning goal and make a significant impact.
There are plenty of positives to take from this game, but also areas where we can improve; starting with our recruitment efforts. Tune in for more details about this gritty performance in our Premier League campaign. Enjoy the win, Gooners. The support breathes life. We've shown we have the fight to stay in it. What a night it was at the Emirates as Arsenal delivered a solid performance, securing a comfortable 3-0 victory against Dinamo Zagreb in the Champions League match day 7! This win further cements our position in the knockout stages and shows our growing European pedigree.
Talk about a professional display! Arsenal controlled the game from start to finish, showcasing our superiority. Our pressing game was particularly impressive, forcing Zagreb all the way back and creating chances. The atmosphere was buzzing, with the home crowd fully behind the team.
Speaking of standout performances, Rice and Martinelli were absolutely brilliant in this match. Rice controlled the midfield with his usual composure, while Martinelli's direct running caused Zagreb problems all night. Listen in for my thoughts on the third top player who made a significant impact.
This win puts us in an excellent position as we look ahead to the knockout rounds. We're need more to further in this European competition, there's always room for improvement.

Arsenal welcomed Aston Villa to the Emirates in a match that ended in a frustrating 2-2 draw, leaving fans with mixed emotions. Mikel Arteta's lineup choices reflected the best of the rest missing out Saliba.
The first half was dominated by Arsenal, who created numerous chances and kept Villa's defense under constant pressure. Gabriel Martinelli broke the deadlock. However, there were moments of concern as well, particularly in defensive transitions where Villa looked threatening on the counter.
Arsenal continued to assert their dominance early in the second half, doubling their lead through Kai Havertz. However, Villa fought back valiantly, exposing Arsenal's defensive frailties in single moments.
The match ended in dramatic fashion, with Arsenal having a late goal disallowed by VAR for handball. Was it really? This moment capped off a rollercoaster of emotions for the Gunners. As we look ahead to upcoming challenges, this draw serves as a reminder of the work still to be done. Hopefully we can get that from additions to the squad, but Arsenal can't afford many more slip-ups.
On to the next one—Onwards & upwards. C'mon Arsenal! -
What a rollercoaster of emotions at the Emirates as Arsenal clinched a nail-biting 2-1 victory against Tottenham in the North London Derby! Trossard's brilliance and an own goal from Spurs' defender made this win even more dramatic.
Talk about a game that didn't resemble the xGs and stats! Arsenal started with a swagger but then hit a rough patch. Our attacking prowess was evident, yet we struggled to convert chances - "Chance Creation FC" was in full effect, but "Finishing School" seemed closed for the day. It was a classic Arsenal conundrum that had fans on the edge of their seats! The atmosphere was tense, and you could feel the anxiety creeping in as we dominated without reward.
Speaking of performances, Declan Rice was absolutely immense in this match. His midfield presence was a sight to behold - he had the game on a string! Gabriel Magalhães and Leandro Trossard were also standout performers, with Big Gabi's defensive masterclass and Trossard's crucial goal turning the tide in our favor. Tune in for more details about these stellar individual displays.
We still have work to do on our efficiency in front of goal, but this derby win showcases our resilience. There's a mix of positives and areas for improvement from this game.

Arsenal left Amex Stadium with a frustrating 1-1 draw against Brighton. A match that was more back-and-forth in favor of the hosts. The atmosphere was tense, Arsenal fans came to this ground with a lot of bravery; at some moment felt like they took over the tone of the crowd. The first half was a tough battle. Arsenal showed a different style going direct in the face of relentless pressure. Our half-chances were not as fast enough to give us an better overall outlook in terms of "xG,". Brighton's defense was tighter very aggressive.
Brighton had a few moments where they threatened to make it interesting, and boy, did they ever. Arsenal's lead, courtesy of a Nwaneri wondergoal, evaporated faster than we could secure another chance when Brighton equalized from the spot. The positives among them, were from Rice and Merino. But not enough as a collective.
Thankfully, we did enough to avoid defeat. The players like us come away with mixed feelings, enduring composure from one end and looking somewhat toothless in attack. Trossard had a day to forget, disappearing more often than a magician's assistant.
Take a listen for more about this match. The challenges grow as we march on. We regroup, we learn, and we come back stronger. On to the next one. Come on you Gunners!

Arsenal kicked off 2025 with a bang. The Gunners outclassed Brentford 3-1 in a match that could have been a nightmare for Arsenal, especially in the first half.
The first half was somewhat evenly match, with Arsenal dominating possession and Brentford setup defensively. However, Brentford managed to sneak in a cheeky goal, probably leaving Gunners fans wishing they could rewind time. But for Gabriel Jesus equalized faster than you can say "oh dear".
The second half was when it took off. Arsenal turned up the heat, creating chances faster than Brentford could blink. Merino and Martinelli put on a show that was more entertaining, scoring two quick-fire goals that left Brentford's defense looking like they were trying to reinsert themselves into the game - which was too late.
Brentford had a few moments where they threatened to make it interesting, but Arsenal swatted them away. The icing on the cake? Ethan Nwaneri gave us something to be excited about on the right wing, Brentford's players were up for it but not able to handle the style of blitz we brought to the match.
Thankfully, we did enough to forget the absence of Saka and Havertz. The players deserve a lot of credit and showed their attacking sharpness despite key absences.
As we look ahead to upcoming challenges, let's savor this victory in true football fashion. Take a listen for more about this incredible performance. This is the Arsenal way! On to the next. C'mon you Gunners!
