We live in an asymmetrical world, meaning we rarely move in a balanced way. We use one hand or foot for many tasks, sleep a certain way etc etc. For the most part this isn't an issue however when it comes to training and loading the body we want to balance our mobility, stability and strength as much as possible. Front to back, left to right, in to out.
Dr Crispin is a sports Chiropractor at CNS Mooloolaba and owner and coach at The Movement functional training gym. Crispin gives us a tiny fraction of his knowledge to help us begin to understand the basic foundations of a balanced body.

Jimmy started his journey with his own bout of mental illness before becoming inspired to help others. He's nearly finished his counselling degree and transformed his workplace at Energex to better support employees mental fitness, providing large companies with a better corporate model. Jimmy's been there and done that, and he loves to share his knowledge to help.

A fixed mindset locks us into a perspective that you're either good or bad at something and everything we do is a test to prove that perspective. Changing to a growth mindset allows us to see ourselves as a work in progress and we can assess where we truly are and begin building progress.
