In this episode, I review the science of learning and how you can apply it to learning anatomy. The content comes from the teachings of Dr. Andrew Huberman, as he covers the science of learning in one of his podcast episodes. For a link to the episode and the studies he cites, see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ddq8JIMhz7c
