The Cotta Brothers couldn't stay away from Australia for too long. So we've come back but this time to Sydney. Sydney is the largest city in Australia and arguably the most famous, but can it stand up to Melbourne in terms of sites and activities? We will stoke that rivalry and learn about everything to do in this incredible destination.
Our guest Mark will take us to the best hole-in-the-wall eateries, he will show us where to grab a beer with a view, and he'll give us a guided tour of the Sydney Opera House.
Enjoy and as always Welcome to the Club!

Melissa A Wiringi and her family started World Travel Ambitions to blog about their upcoming, year-long, around the world vacation. They had planned for years to pack up and take their life on the road. First stop Vietnam!
They arrived in Vietnam in March 2020, one week before COVID-19 shut down travel globally. Rather than calling it quits on their lifelong dream to adventure as a family, Melissa and her husband adjusted their plans. They have been in Vietnam now for 6 months and they are loving every day. We sit down to hear about their experiences across the country and what it's like to travel as a family. Welcome to the Club!

In 1985 our Grandma, Letty Cotta, visited Peru on a "Fam" trip, sponsored by the Peruvian government. She had never dreamed of seeing such amazing sights and exploring the ruins of Machu Picchu, but there she was in the Sacred Valley learning about the storied history of the Incas.
More than 30 years later, the Cotta Brothers visited Peru on an amazing family trip, and saw many of the same sights and wonders. It is hard to explain just how magical the South American country is, but we will try our best to inspire other travelers to explore Peru!
This is not our typical episode with detailed suggestions on restaurants, bars, and museums. Instead we sit back and reminisce about our last fantastic family trip before COVID-19. We hope you enjoy

On this episode we interview our friend Megan Moser. She moved to Melbourne almost 6 years ago from San Diego and has fallen in love with the city.
You will hear why Melbourne is a wildly underrated Australian destination. Many travelers flock to Sydney, and while that is a truly amazing trip, there is just as much to see and do in the South.
From the curious laneways to the amazing rooftop bars, Melbourne is a city with fantastic secrets just waiting to be discovered.
Food, art, and tons of green spaces make Melbourne an amazing place to live and an impressive place to visit. Grab your passports, we got a (LONG) flight to catch. Welcome to the Club Megan!

The COVID-19 pandemic has moved a lot of people to remote working situations. No more office, no more commute, and pretty much free range to work wherever we want, as long as there is wifi.
For our guest Alex Obertelli, that's been his lifestyle for the last almost 5 years. Alex is a digital nomad (although it's a term he's hot and cold on), which means he works remote all the time, but not from his house, all over the world!
Alex has been to countless countries and been on amazing adventures. He was never tied to a 9-5 and that has allowed him to explore the planet. On this episode he'll tell about his travels and he'll throw in some advice for those among us ready to live as a nomad.
We hope you enjoy, and as always: WELCOME TO THE CLUB!

The tenth episode! Feels like a milestone. We set off on this journey to bring the adventures to us while we were on lockdown. Since the first show a lot has changed and while our original goal isn't gone, we feel a sense of added responsibility to not only speak and interview people from around the world, but truly listen and absorb their experiences. In doing so we are not only grabbing bits of info from travelers, we are creating a network of progressive and unselfish individuals. We want to connect the world and bring people together, even if it's one friend, one interview at a time.
This episode features Pierre Slack, who gives us great insight on his hometown, Frankfurt, but also expresses how he's feeling as the world addresses racial injustice.
Don't forget to check out his awesome youtube channel TML TV where you can watch Chef Boi P cook it up in the kitchen.
We hope you enjoy and learn from this awesome episode.

Diana Cook is not an amateur travel enthusiast. She is an intrepid and experienced solo female traveler that has explored countries across Europe and Asia on trips that last many months. Most recently Diana crossed the Eurasian continent on a 5 months adventure in 2018. Her stories and advice give us a guide to traveling solo and immersing yourself into a culture.
Diana tells us about hiking in Switzerland and singing karaoke in South Korea. We'll take yacht along Croatia's Dalmatian coast and hop a rusty river boat into Laos. Get ready for an amazing journey and some important advice about traveling solo as a young woman. In the words of our awesome guest - "Just book it!"

We are introducing something a little different for this episode of the Cotta Brother's Travel Club. Instead of a single destination city guide we are following along with an explorer to see how traveling shaped their life and changed their perspective.
We are excited to introduce our wonderful Grandma, Letty Cotta, for this first episode in this format. She went to a million different destinations during her career as a travel agent, but perhaps the most interesting locations were the USSR and China right amidst the Cold War. This flight takes us back in time a bit, so fasten those seatbelts extra tight.
