Kith and Kin were founded by Freeman, Joseph, Kenny, and Chong. They each found their passion in the real estate industry during their studies. Freeman was a computer science graduate that had his hands on the money-changing business before starting his real estate agency. Kenny on the other hand studied law school before discovering his passion for real estate during his 2nd year of law studies. Joseph was an introverted banker for several years before joining the real estate agent as he realizes he wanted to spend more time with his late dad. The decade-long friendship together had led to a successful business.

As a huge car enthusiast, Jeremy began his career as a sales advisor at Volkswagen and BMW for 4 years before starting his own car detailing garage. Upon an impromptu visit with Sam, who would later become his co-founder, they founded Brudee Oral Care.
