It's a sad day. The Daily Motor Podcast is going on hiatus as Charlie has decided to move to California. The guys appreciate all of you tuning in for over a year now to hear silly takes on cars, casual food reviews, and enthusiasm about clapped CoPart cars. This week, Chris and Charlie recap their time in the 2023 BMW i7 and 2023 Volkswagen Taos SEL and preview their time with the 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD Duramax. Oh and they finally eat the All Bran! Enjoy!

Chris and Charlie drove a ton of cars in the last week. And they don't really feel like talking about any of them. But because they like you so much, they will anyway, although only while they're stuffing their faces with food. This episode recaps their time with the 2023 Kia EV6 GT as well as a host of other vehicles. They've been so busy that they didn't even have any good CoPart cars. Sad :( Enjoy!

It's a good thing Chris and Charlie recorded this when they did, because DM HQ lost power about five minutes after they finished! In this episode, Chris battles hunger to tell you all about his time in the 2023 Genesis G90. Charlie briefly reminisces on his time in Hawaii with the 2024 Toyota Tacoma and 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander, but Chris didn't seem too interested, so they quickly moved on. From there, they previewed the cars for this week, including a 2023 Kia EV6 GT, 2023 Nissan Sentra SR, and a 2023 Volkswagen Golf GTI SE 6MT. A little CoPart at the end and then Chris runs off to go...well, run. Enjoy!

This is a family show, we promise! In today's episode, Chris and Charlie try to figure out why they didn't love the 2023 Nissan Ariya Evolve+ e-Force. Maybe it's the name. However, they know exactly why they loved the 2023 Acura Integra manual! Although Charlie would like to try the CVT as well. This week, Charlie will be testing the 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander in sunny Hawaii while Chris soaks in the luxurious 2023 Genesis G90. At one point in here, Charlie tries to show you all a Lexus but doesn't realize that the screen is blank. Classic. Enjoy!

Chris and Charlie are back with exciting reporting on their time with the 2023 BMW XM, 2023 Toyota Supra 6MT, and 2023 Ford Bronco Heritage 6MT. However, some of you will be disappointed that they have no food to eat. Sad. However, they do get excited about this week's cars, the 2023 Nissan Ariya and 2023 Acura Integra 6MT. Charlie can't remember the exact verbiage of the Ariya trim so he's skipping it. No CoPart this week because Charlie is in a hurry, but Chris and Charlie do have some thoughtful insight on their views of Stellantis products. Enjoy!

We regret to inform you that this week's episode is a bit...boring. No, Charlie didn't drone on about his Town & Country. (Although he did call it beautiful. That's questionable.) Perhaps it was the rainy day or just the fact Chris was sad to give up the 760i, but the energy is low on this one. However, you get to hear Chris and Charlie eat, so that's something. And at some point in the episode they tell you about their times with the 2023 Volkswagen Jetta Sport 6MT and 2023 BMW 760i. And then they preview the 2023 BMW XM and 2023 Toyota Supra 3.0 Premium 6MT as well as a bonus 2023 Ford Bronco Heritage 6MT. Love the manuals! Enjoy!

In an engaging Sunday special episode, Chris and Charlie get distracted by Snapchat's new AI functionality while trying to tell you about their weeks with the all-new 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring and the 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV SEL. They very much liked one of these cars. They also spent time with the new Ioniq 6, although they didn't talk about it much. Must have not left much of an impression. This week they're very excited because they get to drive two excellent cars, the 2023 Volkswagen Jetta manual and the 2023 BMW M760i. Oh and the 2024 Chevy Trax and 2023 GMC Canyon. No CoPart today because Chris is hungry. Enjoy!

No jokes. Not funny. This is a serious episode about serious cars. Chris and Charlie enjoy some San Pellegrino while discussing their time with one of their favorite test cars of all time, the 2023 Volvo S60 Recharge Ultimate Black Edition, and a decent test car, the 2023 BMW X1. Then they spill the beans about the 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV SEL that they're testing. But at least they have the all-new 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring to look forward to. Oh and Chris has some good CoPart finds. Enjoy!

In a much more focused episode of the Daily Motor Podcast, Chris and Charlie stir up some celebrity controversy! Sorry Leo. They also tell you all about their time with the 2023 Toyota Prius Prime, 2023 Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid, 2023 Toyota bZ4X Limited AWD (wow, lots of Toyota product recently), and 2023 Kia Soul GT-Line. Moral of the story: You should probably buy a Kia Soul. This week at DM HQ, they've got a 2023 Volvo S60 Recharge (thankfully packing the Bowers & Wilkins sound system) as well as a 2023 BMW X1. Oh and a few fun CoPart cars. Enjoy!

This is what we get for recording in the late afternoon! Many yawns from Charlie and many drawn out stories from Chris. However, they've driven a lot of cars, so they have much to talk about! Thoughts on the 2023 BMW M8, 2023 BMW M2, 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited, and 2024 Mazda CX-90. Charlie also drove a few choice Toyotas, but he cannot speak on them until next week. After a brief CoPart segment and only a little trash talking of GM presidents, they're off. Enjoy!

In a rare Friday recording, Chris and Charlie try to come up with fun things to say about their very commuter-focused cars this week, the 2023 Kia Niro Hybrid SX Touring and 2023 Volkswagen ID.4 S (not Pro). Fortunately they were able to speckle in thoughts on some more exciting rides like the 2023 Porsche 911 Carrera PDK. They also previewed their time with the BMW M8 Competition Coupe and 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz Limited. Oh and Charlie defends the US Congress while Chris defends Tik Tok. Typical Gen Z. Enjoy!

In today's episode, Charlie and Chris didn't even realize they were going to be recording the podcast! But they're good at going with the flow, so here we are. They discuss their great weeks driving the 2023 BMW M340i, 2023 Toyota GR Corolla Core, and 2024 BMW XM. Chris recaps his driving impressions of the 2023 Lexus RZ and its yoke steering. Then they preview the cars for this week, the 2023 Volkswagen ID.4 Pro S and the 2023 Kia Niro Hybrid SX Touring. Enjoy!

Podcasts are now going up Tuesday night for audio and Wednesday morning for video!
In today's episode, Charlie struggles through a failing voice while Chris tries to talk about more BMWs in the CoPart segment, but the internet connection has other plans. The guys cover their time in the 2023 Honda Pilot TrailSport and 2023 BMW X7 M60i along with a teaser on the 2024 GMC Hummer EV SUV. Then they previewed their initial thoughts on this week's fleet, the 2023 Toyota GR Corolla Core and the 2023 BMW M340i xDrive. And Chris is jealous that Charlie will be driving the all new BMW M3 and XM this week. Sorry Chris. Enjoy!

Charlie is back with a nice tan and Chris is back with impressions on the 2023 Lexus RZ which he cannot share at this time. After flying in late Sunday night, Charlie squeezed in some quick impressions on the 2022 Mercedes-Benz C300 and the newly arrived and redesigned 2023 Honda Pilot. The Mercedes is very good, the Pilot seems fine. But what they're most excited for is the LCI 2023 BMW X7 M60i. Yes, that is a good car. A few quick CoParts and a preview of Charlie's 2023 GMC Hummer EV SUV trip (for a surprise channel!), and that's episode 63. Enjoy!

Apologies from the tech team: The normal podcast mics decided not to record this episode. Perhaps they are Cadillac fans. Thankfully the backup audio came through, and we can still bring you this special Friday episode of the Daily Motor Podcast! Today, Charlie and Chris recap their weeks in the 2023 Cadillac CT4 Premium Luxury with the 2.7T and the 2023 Ford Maverick Tremor! Next week, Chris will be driving the all-new 2023 Lexus RZ and the 2022 Mercedes C300, while Charlie will be reviewing a cruise ship. Thanks, Charlie. Enjoy!

As Charlie and Chris struggle to keep their attention on the cars they drove and not cereal or trucks, you might learn about their time in the 2023 Kia Telluride SX Prestige and the 2023 Genesis Electrified G80. Or you'll hear about their two upcoming cars, the 2023 Ford Maverick Tremor and the 2023 Cadillac CT4 2.7T. Or you'll just hear about cereal and trucks. Enjoy!

In today's episode of the Daily Motor Podcast, Chris and Charlie try their hardest to stay on topic. But that can only get them so far. When they're not apologizing for their mix up between The Real World and The Simple Life or getting distracted by cinnamon rolls (thank you, Emily), they recap their time with the 2023 BMW M3, 2023 Hyundai Elantra N, and 2023 GMC Sierra AT4-X. More Korean cars on the way for this week, as they also preview the 2023 Kia Telluride SX Prestige and the 2023 Genesis G80 Electric. And will Charlie be buying another CoPart car soon? Enjoy!

This episode is bananas! Actually, Chris and Charlie just eat bananas. Kinda. Also they talk about some bananas cars, including the 2023 Jaguar F-Type R Coupe and Hyundai Kona N, two cars that they were very sad to see leave DM HQ. However, they quickly forgot their sadness, as these two sporty cars were replaced with two just as sporty: The 2023 BMW M3 Competition xDrive 50 Jahre and the 2023 Hyundai Elantra N with the 6-speed manual! Toss in some rants and some crappy cars (and a nose bleed from Charie), and you've got a classic Daily Motor Podcast. Enjoy!

It's the last time Charlie and Chris will speak to you before they head to Southern California for two weeks! While there, they'll be driving the Toyota GR Corolla, Toyota Mirai, Porsche Cayenne, Porsche 911 Carrera T, Porsche GT4 RS, Maserati MC20, Rivian R1T, Mercedes-AMG EQS, Mercedes-AMG SL63, and Lamborghini Huracan STO. Yeah, they're pretty pumped. And they're excited to get away from their recent slew of crossovers, which this last week consisted of the 2023 Infiniti QX80 and the 2023 Hyundai Palisade. Although they still managed to have some strong feelings on these SUVs. Enjoy!
