Curious about stoicism and how it relates to not doing dogma? In this episode, Ryan Markel and I talk about our experiences reading âMeditationsâ by Marcus Aurelius. I briefly touch on a section of the book that mentions avoiding credulity and rashness, and how this book inspired me to start a podcast about rejecting dogma (especially in regards to health and wellness trends). Although most episodes will focus on specific topics in health, this episode jumps around quite a bit and includes a lot of horsing around. If youâd like to listen to episodes about specific topics please move on to episode 2. Thank you for listening!
