This is the one where Emma and Elliot chat about family holidays with little ones and share their travel horror stories. Long car journeys, work trips, Disneyland Paris, and disastrous plane flights to remember! We discuss how holidays have changed, our experiences growing up, and adjusting to the challenges of being away from home when you're a parent of little kids. Do the rules go out the window? Where's the nearest Zoo? Is it just parenting in a new location?

  • Emma's experience of being induced, labour, and having an emergency cesarean. This is the one where Emma and Elliot finally chat about the birth story of their firstborn - their naive assumptions, frustrations with the NHS, the dad-to-be perspective, and how they found giving birth during a pandemic. This is a special extended episode that's longer than usual so we could give an in-depth account of the whole story. Plus plenty of humour and silliness at the beginning, middle and end to make up for the serious topic of conversation!
