Episode 5 of An Wholistic Symmetrical Bio Ethic offers two pairs: Care & Detachment and Autonomy & Interdependence. Care is the first principle of healthcare as it a self-evident principle. Care is in symmetrical relationship with detachment. Once Care is established, autonomy must be recognized. Autonomy of the individual is in symmetrical relationship with interdependence.
