Notes from Rochelle "I'm not sure if I spoke about the collaboration between the architect, engineer, MEP, and myself as the modular designer. One of the ways we cut down on cost and broke down barriers was for me to produce the architectural and structural drawings as well as create the fabrication drawings and machine files for the production of the modules. I was sort of the DfM and drafter for the professionals who reviewed and then stamped my work for the permit, saving the tribe thousands of dollars, enough to make the project pencil out for them. It was by far a career-changing experience(that was 2008!) and something I continue to search for and champion throughout my career."
