Lachy and Squin review the Central Coast Crusaders vs. CoE in the women's competition before chatting with the intelligent and hilarious Bianca Dufelmeier from the Canberra Nationals.
As always, the show ends with the Rd 4 All-Star 5.

Round 2 of NBL1 East is done and dusted. It was a great mix of tight games, big blow-outs and high scores. We saw Manly-Waringah Sea Eagles play their first game of the season, but we still await the CoE.

After analysing the semi finals and forecasting the grand finals, there is some discussion about the recently announced NBL1 East Awards and other ways the league has potential to grow.
