On the show today, we have Elliott Green.
Next to being the guy with the best haircut in the insurance industry, Elliott is sales director at Genasys Technology, a modular, cloud-based insurance solution for insurers, MGA’s and brokers.
Elliott and I met a few months ago. We started talking about how most insurance companies are working with outdated systems for policy admin or claims management.
These legacy systems are often holding them back to transform their business, build new products and market segments, and leverage advanced technology. Secondly, outdated processes are also holding them back. Think about all the paperwork, all the briefcases in the London market. And even if a company claims to be paperless, chances are high there is still a lot of admin work because of pdfs, manual and inefficient processes.Elliott has an interesting view on these topics, so in this episode I dig a bit deeper and want to know, "Is there a better way?".
Topics we cover:
- Typical challenges of London market insurers
- Large digital programs aren't the answer
- 2023 - The year for Insurtech Challengers to take over. Why now?Hey, it's Fred. Thanks for tuning in to our show. Let's connect on LinkedIn! 🤝
