"Research says Being happy every day does not mean you will be happy every moment. That is impossible and unrealistic. Instead, aim to become a person who is well-rounded emotionally. Once you are comfortable feeling a range of emotions, you will be better able to get in touch with how to be happy.â

1- Remove the negative envisions you create for your mind that makes it possible for you to create a world and reality.
At least eight people this week have told me it is nearly impossible to be happy every day. Every single one of them said the exact words. âImpossible and REALISTICâ Ladies and gentlemen, realistic to me rhymes with PESSIMISTIC. Full disclosure, I am not here to argue with anyone. These writings and opinions are just thatâMY opinions. I am willing to have a decent and respectable conversation on what you may BELIEVE, âBeing happy every day means to you,â and I accept constructive criticism simply because I am significantly in control of my emotions. I am not here to change what you BELIEVE; I am not here to empower you to change what you BELIEVE; I am not here to argue on what you BELIEVE; I am just speaking my mind on what I BELIEVE. So please, let me know what your thoughts on this topic are all about within your mind, body, and spirit. Letâs leave hate out of this; letâs go the one-sided opinion out of this. I love to hear what you all have to say. This made me create what I like to call my âEvolution Tree of Happinessâ Happy to me is not just a word. It is a reality for us to create a wholesome word. Meaning it is not just connected to being âHappy.â It is much more in-depth than you believe and thinks it means. I will make it my life goal to prove that it is possible to live a full and blissful life no matter what you go through because change is possible, my friends. Most of our days we start instantly checking our social media platforms, news, sports or whatever it might be that draws you in. Starting the day and waking up your mind to the point you first see what others are up to and not your own current events. An easy way to determine how your day will turn out and make you feel. I say this because I was a victim of it for a very long time. 15 years to be exact. I am not perfect I still try and work hard to remove distractions that does not benefit me in the long run.
