Dearest listeners,
Prepare yourself for more than surface-level discourse...
This week, I'm sitting down with arguably one of my favourite friends in recent times - Meera Innes - writer, cultural observer and in her own words consistent "inquisitor of life". Based in Berlin though with a thoroughly cosmopolitan background, Meera models "conscious" living. Choosing, at this stage in her early 40s, to cultivate a rhythm, value system, social circle and self-care practice that is profoundly personalised and selective. As she says; if a person, place or experience doesn't enhance her life or align with her values, it's a simple no. Not from a lack of compassion / adaptability; but from a deep recognition that it is only in living "congruently" (outsides matching insides) that we find peace and purpose.
In our conversation, we dive into Meera's personal and authorial learnings - touching especially on what we can learn and role-model during this especially turbulent time in human existence. Themes include:
- How to balance the yearning for connection with the need for independence, self-reflection & creative autonomy
- Seeing, sensing and "managing" the world with ADHD
- Whether we can "feel" / "find" ourselves in singleness, versus through the self-discovery that naturally comes from being in "relationship"
- What dating in your 30s and 40s teaches you
- Writing as living prayer - what it soothes, satisfies and serves
- Whether we have permission to "speak" to collective suffering
- How we cultivate self-attention as an "others-oriented" person

Love as the Catalyst for Change...
As practitioners, how do we grow to understand ourselves and others more deeply? Learn to shift: from identified self to expansive, detached, mindful and embodied presence? Tune in more consistently to the signals & wisdom of our bodies as practitioners? And truly, how do we guide / teach / coach others from a place of deepest love - knowing that it is ONLY in the presence of loving connection that another human can transform. All this and so much more from one of the most profound conversations I’ve ever had.On this week’s episode of Finding Your Way Home, we had the gift of sitting down with Canada’s Jenni Tipper; Master Coach & Educator for acclaimed Coaching School Integral Coaching Canada, and an expert on leading others with head, heart and embodied presence. Jenni is a stunning speaker on the topics of relational dynamic, change-creation, spirituality and faith. She joins us to offer an insider’s lens on Integral Theory, and the nuanced journey of working with others. This is a must for anyone working in the relational field, looking to support their clients in a deeper, more sophisticated, outcome-driven way.
In our episode we cover -

Gorgeous listeners,
I can’t wait to introduce you to today’s guest. Continuing our theme of the soulful creative, we sit down with Amar Chadha-Patel; an Actor, Director and Film-Maker who first appeared on screen at the tender age of 4. You might know him from recent appearances in Year of the Rabbit and The Decameron; today, you’ll see sides of him that go far beyond the screen.
Amar is a force; energetic, thoughtful, endlessly creative and as he shares - deeply driven by the desire to push himself beyond the bounds of what’s comfortable / safe. “Success” for Amar involves breaking the boundaries of what a man of Indian heritage might be “expected” to perform - and, how that man might be expected to live and love.
In today’s episode, Amar shares the creative crossroads that shaped his path - from set set-design to videography, fashion film, comedy-duos, right onto the screen itself. That he was “talent-spotted” is perhaps unsurprising; at 6 ft 4 of charismatic talent, he’s hard to miss… Alongside his innate warmth, this quality has earned him a host of both friendships and opportunities across the globe. And he’s just getting started…
Amar reveals his love for storytelling that challenges norms, his commitment to embodying dynamic, three-dimensional roles, and the importance of keeping creativity fresh. We chat about his views on authenticity, the power of extroverted energy, and that undeniable buzz of true connection—whether with an audience, friends, or life-long-love. This episode is packed with inspiration for anyone navigating life’s shifting paths; with Amar’s reflections on intimacy, creative courage and the thrilling art of truly being seen.

Gorgeous listeners, we have such a treat for you today…
None other than Actress, Producer & all-round leading light, Bessie Carter…
You might know Bessie as the red-haired Prudence Featherington from hit Netflix show, Bridgerton; from her recent performance in the National Theatre’s Dear Octopus, and forthcoming ITV Series “A Cruel Love: The Ruth Ellis Story”.
And - no bias - you absolutely MUST see her in her in new 6-part series Outrageous, in which she plays Lead Nancy Mitford. Released next year, Outrageous explores the wild and true story of the Mitford sisters; an experience Carter describes as transformative, both personally and professionally.
I know Bess as a dear friend, client and, once upon a time, fellow attendee of Francis Holland School for Girls. And, spoilers my loves - in our episode, we dive head-first into that time together, the challenging legacies of an all-girls school primed for perfectionism, and what it takes to truly move through & beyond your history into an outrageously-fulfilled life.
Bessie discusses her relationship with self, the challenge and deep joy of being a Creative, her struggles with alcohol - and how the combination of emotional healing, embodiment and sobriety utterly transported her life. She guides us through how to truly step into the LEAD ROLE, both in your life and your career. It’s a stunning episode, full of laughter, joy and a salty appreciation of the hardest moments we move through. I can’t wait for you to listen.
A little note that Bessie will be back with us just ahead of Christmas, for a special episode about the Creative journey - and how you can liberate yourself to deepest expression, through pen or performance.

Jeff Kober on letting life move through you - the path from pain to freedom
Hollywood actor and meditation teacher Jeff Kober is known as much for his creativity as his deep insight into the realm of spirituality, non-dualism and “being with” the fullness of human experience. And, ultimately, how we allow life, the universe, consciousness, to work through us - inviting the ego-mind / little self to step out of the way…
Having first watched Jeff on screen as an 11-year old child, you can imagine my delight at the opportunity to sit down with him - reflecting on his origins in small-town Montana, his early years in LA as an actor and struggling with addiction, through to his discovery of meditation and the immense journey that took him on, away from “Self” and into “Essence”.
Each and every statement Jeff shares in this broadcast leaves a ripple - on how to live, how to love (yourself included) and how to leave a deep, purpose-driven imprint in the world. It’s a stunning episode, I can’t wait for you to listen.

Oh you beautiful humans,
Welcome, welcome, to Season 5 of Finding Your Way Home: your soul-led broadcast on how we not only connect to ourselves, but build lives of the deepest meaning, purpose and potential.
And WHAT a start to the season we have for you...
For those who don't know Suzy Ashworth, let me paint a picture:

Suzy is a font of knowledge, experience and heart on the topic of building an infinitely rich life - and, on what so often stands in the way. Welcome gorgeous listeners to this week's episode of Finding Your Way Home - our final in Season 4, on a topic dear to my heart and practice.
How to find your way home to your body.
In this Part 2 Episode - head to Part 1 if you missed our first instalment on pathways back inward - we dive into the real of BODY BELIEF - its relationship with the mind, its healing capacity, and how it "should" look, act, move and self-support...
I would hazard a guess that every single listener has encountered their own challenges in body-relating - whether staying in it, tending to it or projecting on it. What we are learning to do is bring awareness to the script, the way that script impacts your sense of self and safety, and how to radically re-wire through your conscious choosing.
It's a beautiful theme, and one which after +10 years experience working with my body and hundreds of others, I adored diving into. Have a listen, and let me know what lands.

Welcome gorgeous listeners to this week's episode of Finding Your Way Home - one of our final in Season 4, and on a topic dear to my heart and practice.
Have you ever wondered how to find your way home physically?
How to re-establish or remember the connection to your body that you must have had, years gone by, when living in greater ease, grace or child-like freedom?
How to know how you feel, know what it means, navigate pain / tension with greater optimism?
How to optimise your felt-physicality so that daily life, daily tasks, feel easy, light, natural for a body that was born to move?
I spent my first 5 years in movement teaching specialising in re-associating; re-wiring neural and physiological pathways with clients suffering from pain, illness, injury or just the typical numbness and stagnancy much of the population live with. It was also my own personal journey- from emotionally-led chronic pain to an utterly abundant movement life.
So, in Part 1 of this solo episode, I run through the most consistent reasons for dissociation, and how we begin to work our way back inward - into feeling, texture, rich sensation & a fuller life. In Part 2, we'll dive into some of the belief aspects of the mind~body~connection puzzle, and a practice I'll guide you through to find greater sensory awareness.
For those curious to find out about this Septembers stunning Embodiment Immersion, please find the link below. Our circle is almost formed; the most beautiful collection of mind~body enthusiasts & practitioners, ready to dive into profound ways to connect with & work through greater depths of experience. If it resonates, send me a note via the website / social - let's see if you're meant to fill one of our last spaces. And as I get asked often: I don't know if I will lead the same training again, so if it tingles - this is your time.

Welcome dear ones to this week's episode of Finding Your Way Home.
A Solo, on a passion subject for me and those who work with me: in our exploration of the space between me and them - and how to create deep bond between the two - "How do I know if I'm waiting for them to change..?"
👉🍂 If you know yourself to be deeply attentive to the cares, concerns or behaviour of those in your life - and, perhaps find it harder to access your own - this is your episode.
I take you through 15 years of self-discovery, and 10 years of working with others to explore:
⚡️ Why we so often seek / wait for others to change - in the hopes that when they do, our needs will be met
⚡️ What fears / shadow aspects nudge us in this direction of externalising agency
⚡️ The hidden damage of subtle, often unconscious codependency / manipulation - how it can erode deep self-relating, and the honesty, integrity and equality of a partnership
⚡️ And how to build both your self-agency and, liberate the other person to be exactly who they are 🧡
This was a beautiful episode to record for you all; I hope it lands in a way that’s truly meaningful for you. Keep doing your diligent deep diving loves, it’s the best investment you could possibly make.

Welcome beautiful listeners, to this week's episode of Finding Your Way Home.
We have such a special episode for you today; straight from one of the most impactful retreats I've ever tasted...
Ebonie Allard, who I met in the middle of a sacred circle of female leaders, is an extraordinary soul - an internationally-celebrated Master Coach, "Alchemist" and expert in Human Design, Self-Leadership and Manifestation. A self-titled misfit, she has crafted a career utterly her own - now guiding others on how to individuate, liberate and lean into their true fullness.
In this week's episode, we dive straight in on:
- Life as art
- Neurodivergence as a sensory & energetic super-power
- The seduction of other "authorities" and the fear of cultivating your own
- Physical disorientation and navigating your way back into the body
- The link between surrender & freedom
- The trappings of "success" - and the liberation of burning it all to the ground
- How we find our authentic voice, image & path
It was an utterly gorgeous hour together; one of many in the pipeline. And if my experience was anything to go by, you're going to love it.

Welcome beautiful listeners to this week's Solo episode of Finding Your Way Home.
As requested by you listeners --> we're diving into the What, Why & How of a hot-topic in the world of Coaching, Teaching and Leadership - VISIBILITY.
So today I offer the nuggets my own experience; personally, and through +10 years supporting women's personal & professional development. If you've ever struggled to self-promote, self-actualise and self-support, this is the one for you...
We discuss:
- What lies behind our want to be seen, and, by contrast, the desire to hide?
- How does our culture, family-conditioning and level of "self-relating" impact our willingness to be exposed?
- What are we hiding, and from whom, when we shrink our voice, face or message?
- And how do we work around these blocks to liberate ourselves & more powerfully step into the light?
It's a hugely rich and revealing topic, and one I loved reflecting on; I hope you feel the same as you dive into your own relationship with the prospect of being seen... Drop me a note and let me know how it lands.

Welcome beauties to this week's solo episode of Finding Your Way Home; the 2nd Solo in a season dedicated to visibility, voice and creative expansion.
Our topic - one I support women with each and every day -
When
To
Speak
When it it sage? Self supporting? Boundary-inducing to speak one's feelings, perspectives, "truth" (as far as any of us can know it).
When is it treading on the toes of codependency, manipulation (heavy words I know), other-centred-change. Ultimately, when are we evading the self-growth, and placing an expectation on external circumstances to change in order for us to be ok / recognised / validated?
So today we dive deep. The different lenses for relating to self & others, the pitfalls of the more black & white approaches, and core questions to help you identify in the moment what most aligns with serving yourself and serving others / this life we've been gifted.
I would adore it if you'd let us know how the episode lands - drop a comment, rate or review on your favourite channel, and send a message on Instagram at @ab_embodiment. This Solo emerged by request, so don't be shy to submit your own.

Dearest listeners,
Welcome to this week's episode of Finding Your Way Home; the space for powerful human connection, mind~body depth and profound stories of personal transformation.
And this week's episode is no exception...
I had the chance to sit down with Sesh Naidoo, Transformation Coach, Business Consultant & Coach Trainer with the Suzy Ashworth Infinite Receiving Certification. A healer as well as a skilled facilitator, she parses the (seeming) divide between strategic growth and energetic transformation - a blend she carries into her unique form of mind~body~practice, "Quantum Flow".
And as with all good relationships, we immediately felt we'd met long before these bodies had...
Sesh's own story is one of deep evolution. Born in South Africa, within a tightly-woven community oriented to service & cohesion; coupled with her partner at the age of 17; and utterly self-made as a British teacher (now Citizen) and later, teacher's Coach.
As she describes, despite guiding group meditation & energetic practices since age 7, it took Sesh a long time to realise that the environments she had placed herself in were far more "containing" than they were "expanding". It wasn't until she found herself in Suzy Ashworth's world - and - was willing to let go of conditioned belief, social acceptability and an attitude of "selfless service", that she was able to step into the potency of who she truly was. The rest, shall we say, is still unfolding...
In today's episode we cover:
- How to become an energetic match to the life you seek
- Befriending the body - the journey through eating disorder and dissociation
- Somatics as a gateway to profound healing
- And why the energetic and embodiment piece are so critical to any training Coach - more perhaps than even the mind
Sesh also speaks to us of her role within the Infinite Receiving Certification - a form of tender, experienced and astute guidance that I've been personally touched by. And for anyone curious on this powerful experience, she and the team have offered a unique link for listeners of the Podcast, to join the next wave of Infinite Receiving Coaches. If you're curious, and can feel something budding during this conversation, follow the link below to find out more & secure your place.

Welcome my loves to this week's Solo episode of Finding Your Way Home.
If you're a regular listener, you'll know that authenticity is a huge focus of the podcast. Arguably one of the questions I'm most regularly asked is how to cultivate a more aligned, more "congruent" relationship between our inner experience & our outward lives. We talk about "integration" in the movement world - the evolution and symbiosis of different systems within us. Could there be integration in what we feel (all diverse aspects of it), say, do and allow to emerge outwardly...?
So we come to the question of "Truth".
What does it mean to cultivate honesty, with ourselves and others? To really acknowledge the fullness and nuance of everything arising within us? To give voice to that, welcome it, even if purely with ourselves? And when / how do we then share our honesty externally? How do we know when it's useful or even ethical; when it signifies standing up and when it signifies the desire to change another?
Thus your mini today - just a taste of the philosophies and practices I've found so consistently useful in navigating the terrain of authenticity.
Enjoy my loves; and if you've time, I'd love it if you'd rate, review & re-share this episode with just one person you love. Those little actions spread the magic ever-wider.

Beautiful listeners, welcome to this week’s episode of Finding Your Way Home: and say hello to some Money Magic....
--> Have you ever tussled with your relationship with Money?
Felt a sense of conflict; want vs lack, giving vs receiving, the ethicality of how we relate to earnings and rates whilst continuing to offer a role of care? Perhaps you’re someone who knows they carry a legacy of “should” that limits their capacity for true abundance - and, who has no idea how to begin to shift their relationship with materiality?
Well. You’re in for a TREAT.
In today’s episode, I invite two expert Coaches & Energetic~Somatic practitioners into the space to share their wisdom on how we can reshape our money lens, behaviour and reserves - offering profound lessons from their own lives and the clients they’ve supported in this terrain.
It’s a beautifully rich discourse, as Patrick Geary, Cristy De La Cruz and I dive into the most uncomfortable and ultimately most transformative questions in money mindset. You are in fact gathering the refined truths of three people who have connected on this topic together for +2 years. I hope they nourish you as much as they have us...

Hello beautiful listeners,
Welcome to this week's bonus episode of Finding Your Way Home - a solo chaser to our latest episode with Marketing Expert and spiritual searcher Corey Hiben.
Today's episode is a special one, touching into a topic that's utterly inevitably when we start to shift our goalposts - Resistance.
Manifest as: Fear; Procrastination; Blockage; Uncertainty. Little signs from your inner world that the moves you are making in mind, body and action feel unfamiliar, uncomfortable and therefore unsafe.
As you know by now, the nervous system is hardwired to seek familiarity - interpreting what we've done, known, experienced previously as intrinsically safer than the risk of the new. Therefore whenever we look to grow / change, even at the 1% differential we seek in long term development, we will encounter Resistance. Somehow refreshing isn't it, to know that this is a primitive but deeply important inevitability. You might even say; it's rather a good sign of things to come.
The key is - how do we acknowledge, honour and work through the resistance to spur us forward? How can we turn the challenge into gold? Ultimately, how can we learn to both be with the fear, and operate from a place of deep wholeness and vision?
Well... Feast your ears.
A x

Hello my loves,
Welcome to this week's episode of Finding Your Way Home - your landing place for deep, immersive and heart-led conversations on the pathway to authentic living.
Today's guest is no exception...
Corey Hiben is an extraordinary human. Marketing Expert specialising in the field of Health & Fitness, Podcaster with +3 years experience interviewing Austin's leading entrepreneurs, Business-Hub Builder, Athlete and an unabashedly deep thinker. We met during last summer's US excursion, and one-conversation-in knew that we would have to record something together. Sometimes resonance just hits you square in the face...
Part of Corey's unique gift is his willingness to embrace & integrate challenge - taking each hurdle as an opportunity to learn more about who he is, the purpose / people he's here to serve, and what's truly meaningful in a fulfilling human life. As you'll hear, that includes the humility to ask questions, seek support and be open to seeing things differently. In our episode we discuss:
- The power of the ego and its drive for "success" at any cost
- What to do when you realise your old life no longer fits
- The deep liberation of letting go

Dear ones,
Welcome to this week's episode of Finding Your Way Home; Season 3, and our penultimate episode for the Spring.
And I can tell you: It. Is. A. Goodie. If you're navigating challenge or in the process of a major life shift, this is the one for you...
So:
Canada's Teri Ann Carty is an extraordinary woman - leading recipe developer, food photographer and a yoga teacher with over 20 years experience guiding people back to their bodies (and as we hear, their hearts). She's not only an independent entrepreneur but Co-Founder of Your360 Retreats - a holistic and expertise-driven retreat collaboration with England's Natural Nourishment, and come their May experience, little old me...
Had you met Teri 15 years ago, you would have witnessed quite a different story - one that highlights the EXTRAORDINARY power of willingness, faith and sheer human grit to radically change a life.
For the first time, to me and all of you, Teri shares her powerful journey through family addiction, her own battles with alcohol and the spiritual awakening that guided not only her recovery but her dedication to a life of embodied spirituality.
--> We learn the tools and philosophies that got her well; the criticality of self-choosing; how to trust yourself and receive from others; and how to ground, even in the midst of celebrity and visibility. Of particular tenderness is Teri's account of her journey through menopause, and the schism it has created between her and her own body. That particular journey is still unfolding...
I know you're going to love her. This is an episode of deep heart, soul and wisdom in how YOU re-write your own story, whatever your circumstances.
