Dort lernte ich sie wĂ€hrend des Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Zertifizierungsprogramms kennen, bei dem ich ihr Coach war. Nach erfolgreichem Abschluss ihres Black Belt Projekts erhielt sie die Zertifizierung und erzielte jĂ€hrliche Einsparungen von ĂŒber einer halben Million Euro.
Seit 5 Jahren ist sie Senior Managerin bei der W&W-Group in der NĂ€he von Stuttgart. Sie hat sich im IT-Produktmanagement und der IT-Portfolio-Koordination weiterentwickelt. Parallel dazu absolvierte sie im November 2023 erfolgreich ihre Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Zertifizierung mit WAVE-Business Excellence Footprint. Today's episode is all about Lean, Continuous Improvement and much more. Mark Graban is an internationally recognized consultant, author, professional speaker, podcaster, and entrepreneur. He builds upon a deep education in engineering and management with practical experience working in multiple industries to apply methods including Lean management, continuous improvement, statistical methods, and people-centered leadership approaches.
He has learned, practiced, and taught these methodologies in settings including manufacturing, healthcare, and technology startups. Working independently since 2010, and in partnership with other consulting groups, Mark enjoys working with organizations that are looking for better ways to improve, with leaders who are willing to lead that charge. Mark is also a Senior Advisor to the software company KaiNexus.
He is the founder and lead blogger and podcaster at LeanBlog.org, started in January 2005.
He is the author of "Lean Hospitals: Improving Quality, Patient Safety, and Employee Engagement "(Productivity Press) and co-authored âHealthcare Kaizen: Engaging Front-Line Staff in Sustainable Continuous Improvements. She is passionate about her job, and had an incredible career development at Telefonica, where she continuously climbed the corporate ladder in a very short time. She worked as a marketing and event manager for business development in Germany, Netherlands, and Spain. What makes her profile so interesting is that she is also a certified psychotherapist and a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Further, she worked as head of marketing & events at WAVE-Business Excellence Footprint. Today she is âGlobal Partner Marketingâ at a mid-sized company in Germany.

My name is Juan Eduardo Steigerwald, I am a former senior corporate executive who worked for many years as a senior consultant at a well-known consulting company and later I worked 13 years for one of the largest banks in the world, as their Chief Quality Officer. In this role I established and managed variousinternational teams and deployed over a dozen Business Excellence programs, which were adapted for each legal entity of the business.
Today, I am founder and manager of an environmentally friendly online training company called WAVE Business Excellence Footprint, based in Valencia, Spain.
In this show, it is my mission to share with you the tools and methods which I learned and applied in the previous decades on how to further develop your career and introduce you to other interesting guests who navigated their way successfully in the corporate world and made it into an exciting and joyful journey.
