Since being in a recent car accident, I am going through a similar period, which makes me all the more eager to share what I’ve found that can truly help.
In today’s episode, I will share how to be your own advocate when it comes to health, how essential oils can help disease and inflammation, and how food can heal you from the inside out. Also, you will walk away with a fantastic new and improved lemonade recipe!
If you are going through a difficult season, please know that I am here for you. Remember to give yourself permission and space to heal. Be patient with the process and be patient with yourself. Seek out that knowledge and nourishment that your body is craving.
