Worry is always in a hurry-would you agree?
Worry says-hurry up and fix the outside thing as fast as you can so we can move on.
Worry doesn’t create useful ideas or energy in our life.
I don’t like to show up from a place of worry.
Now, I wish I could zap it all away, but I can’t. Worry is gonna be there. Today-we are going to talk about the difference between WANTING to stop worrying, and DECIDING to stop worrying.
Today I am going to give you a 3 step process for when you are ready to DECIDE to stop worrying.

Ask yourself this simple question: What has belief done for me? Maybe it was reaching your goal weight, finding a new friend, or creating the perfect piece of art. You see, when we have the feeling of belief, something really outstanding happens in our lives. We start to take action from that feeling. It is possible to enjoy life along the way, simply because of the belief that it will turn out, before we even get to the end! It is completely possible to create the kind of relationships you desire, the healthy body you crave, the vacation of your dreams, the whole life that you envision-all through the eyes of belief.

You can shift everything. Guys, I get it, I know you’re looking at me thinking, "Yeah if I’m in a good mood, I can do that, if I’m not, it just isn’t going to work." If you tell yourself that- you will be right. It’s never going to work.
You’re in charge of your mood, that is a beautiful, beautiful truth. Sometimes I choose to show up sad. Sometimes I choose to show up, worried, but I don’t have to show up like that every single day. I can show up, however I choose to...And this morning at the beginning of the morning, I chose to show up frustrated, because I was thinking “he needs to hurry up “and I acted in a way that I don’t want to act.
And the second I realized my actions I shifted everything around-and you can do this too. You can shift you. You can shift you. Mom’s have this amazing ability that once they shift, everything begins to shift.

When you or your child are going through something hard, you can help them process what is really going on. You can be the friend that sits next to them and says "That’s really sad”. "That must be hard." "I’ve felt sad before too."
It’s okay to acknowledge the sadness.
You don’t have to resist, react, or avoid feelings. You can actually get really really good at feeling them.
Our feelings are never going to go away. We aren’t robots, we are human beings. I would so much rather get good at feeling them then I would to live this life numb.

This week we are talking about why thoughts matter in the first place.
When it comes down to it, humans truly believe that our circumstances create how we feel.
My child has a food allergy-I feel stressed
There are 47 things on the floor in my living room, I’m feeling overwhelmed.
The airport is 2 hours away-I feel anxious
My plane got delayed, I feel frustrated.
She told me she doesn’t like my shirt-I feel offended.
My husband never makes the bed, I feel underappreciated.
The teacher doesn’t priortize my child’s allergies, I feel powerless
Each of these examples is a circumstance, followed by a FEELING.
But I want to show you that something happens in between the fact that is present in our lives and a feeling that is in our bodies. Think about that. Something happens in between the fact and how we feel about it.
It is a THOUGHT.
We have a thought. We then have a feeling.

Every thought that comes into your head is not a fact. This will not be popular when you suggest it to your brain-but I promise you it is true.
Your child’s allergy does not determine the level of fulfillment in their life. Their thoughts about it do. Your mother in law's scathing words do not determine the outcome of your relationship. Your thoughts about her words do. Your child looking in the mirror does not determine the level of her self esteem. Her thoughts about what she sees, does.
The beautiful thing here is...you get to choose what thoughts you give time and space to.
...And the way you choose to think about the facts in your life is what determines the outcomes of your life. Stories your brain offers are not reality. Facts are. Choose your stories wisely.

Today we get to dig into the heart. This is where your true beliefs live, this is where your core beliefs are. This is one of my favorite things to talk about, because we so often allow our minds or our bodies to dictate our lives. We float around living unconsciously from the things the world is offering us, constantly making decisions from our brains or our body’s-is simply what we are used to.
But have you ever tapped into your heart? I know you have. You have an experience where you completely trusted your heart, even though your body and mind didn’t want to press forward. Let's dig deep into our heart today.

Sometimes my brain tells me everything is fine, but my body disagrees. I still feel fear, worry, and anger...despite my best efforts to "think" myself out of the emotions.
This year I learned something that changed everything for me:
Your body needs to experience feelings in order to get to the other side of them.
I have to process the fear in order to feel the calm.
I have to work through the overwhelm in order to access the relief.

We would have to do exactly that. Come up with the thoughts that we want to be creating our feelings. It is possible for you.

What if you decided to come from LOVE instead of from Lack? I can do less in my life but choose but do it from love-that will make it “better” to me.
I am not giving anything up when I think of this. So often when we hear "Less" we think we are giving up so much! Instead of asking what do I have to give up, I ask, what do I want to go all in on? What do I CHOOSE to do from love?
It is More fun to come from love!
I have decided that it will be so fun to ask myself each month, "What can I commit to from love for the next 30 days?"
I Invite you to join me and do what you do from love instead of lack.
You have exactly what you need to grow, if you choose it! Growth can look like doing less.

Nothing slows down your progress more that spinning in indecision. We spend so much of our life in this space. I want you to be aware of how many times you say, “I don’t know” in your life. Those three nasty words stop you in your tracks.
The key to slowing down your life is to make decisions and follow through with them. You could say this will speed up your direction, your goals, your relationships, etc….and that would be right! When I want to slow down my brain fog and my stress, I make decisions and I DON”T make them THE END OF THE WORLD.
Do you know that everything is figureoutable?
Do you know that any decision you make today, you can make a different one tomorrow?
I believe living in indecision slows down progress. Listen up and start progressing.

Your brain is spinning-let’s talk about how to slow it down.
One of my go to’s this year for peace has been something I have had my entire life-but I just didn’t know it.
Breathing.
I want you to increase oxygen to your brain. Literally, physically increase it.
For 5 whole minutes.
Your brain will still be spinning on all the things you have to do, and all the things you have done wrong. Your brain will be spinning about the last conversation that you had that you said words you didn’t mean, then felt things you did your best to resist.
Lay down and breathe.
