On this episode, we lay the foundation to an ongoing conversation we'll be having about love, and its unwavering nature.
As you engage this episode, we encourage you to consider your perception of love and your lived experience of love.
We will be going on a journey, so consider this episode a first stop :) -
On this episode we talk about the reality of an uncertain season. We talk about the possible benefits of being a doubter. We acknowledge the fact that we are not sovereign, we are just humans.

In our generation, we praise the 'bag chase' with no regard for the quality of the bag. Through our conversation, we perform a real bag check.
We talk about identity, purpose, values and so much more.
Special thanks to our guests, JayJay, Sophie & Abdel -
On this episode, popular phenomenon, cancel culture, is identified as an illegitimate online justice system, which presents itself as an agent of change.
This ‘modern-day’ phenomenon is primarily driven by the opinions, or arguably, the emotions of the masses.
On this episode, the very nature of cancel culture is discussed. By shedding light on this aspect of social interaction, we hope to remind people that, as a leader, ‘the culture’ will always fail humanity. However, as a dictator, it will always successfully oppress the minds of those who make no effort to internalize, those who do not seek to understand the complexity, and frailty of the human race.

TeeJay and Ruth join me on this episode.
After an overwhelming week, myself and these two ladies sat to discuss the patterns in the injustice which can be identified across the globe. We brought Humanity to the forefront of our conversation, personifying it. In doing so, we explored the ways in which it is neglected, mistreated and misunderstood.
Today we see humanity as a living buried body…
We share a few unpopular opinions that are more responsive than reactive in nature, highlighted some behavioural patterns that are often overlooked by the masses and ask some questions that we hope will help stimulate self-assessment.
In these times, we encourage everyone to please maintain a healthy level of awareness and continue to pray for those we cannot physically reach, while lending a hand in anyway we see fit.

On this episode, the topic of vain religion is discussed in contrast to the idea of 'real relationship'. We understand that religion remains one of the most divisive phenomenon in the world today. By presenting my personal experience with spirituality and God, it is suggested that religion remains a dysfunctional system that promotes division and hatred. However, personal relationship with God is emboldened by His power and revelation of who He is, and essentially, who we are.

“Do YOU want to be healed?”
On this episode, we focus on how we understand pain, how we navigate with pain without allowing it to dominate, dictate and determine our outcome.
-
Christiana and I share our trauma as children, and how these events manifested themselves in our adult lives.
Our experience, and our reality share a complex interdependent relationship. Being attentive in this area will help us understand why we do what we do, who we are, and what we stand for.
On this episode, we share information about our past trauma and characteristics which help us understand pain.
Finally, we ask the question, how do we navigate with pain without allowing it to dominate, dictate, and determine our outcome.
Join us, as we seek to break down the confined walls which society uses to cage complex bodies and experiences.

To “Forget The Walls” is to dig deeper than all the physical aesthetics the world has to offer, it is looking and identifying the root, the reason for individual reasoning.
It is the willingness to unlearn and relearn. We hope to help educate people about the society we live in, about ourselves as individuals, our neighbours, our experiences and how these elements are all intertwined and affect each other.
This show may have started as a vision pushed by me, Elizabeth Adeyemo, but this platform is for the people. My hope is that the show contributes to the stimulation of growth within each individual, including myself.
I pray this platform breaks barriers, affecting individuals and relationships in positive ways. Amen
