It’s finally confirmed! Mortal Kombat 2 is happening and a brand-new film about everyone’s favorite fighting game will be hitting our screens once again.
The Mortal Kombat movie, which featured the likes of Sub-Zero and Scorpion, was incredibly successful on HBO Max, but no one was sure if it would get a sequel. Now, it’s official and Jeremy Slater has been chosen to pen the script.
The question is, which characters will make up the Mortal Kombat 2 cast? Naturally, there will be returning kombatants from the first movie, but what about new additions like Johnny Cage and Shao Kahn?
