With the half-way stage of the season fast approaching, itâs time to take a look at some of the best-performing players of the season so far! All five hosts recently put together what their best XI of the season so far is, and Jordan, Jack and Luke come together to discuss their picks and offer their opinions. Oh, and Keiran especially certainly has a few rogue picks in thereâŠ

A ghost goal, a manager talking about xG and box entries when theyâre bottom of the league, and another manager who made the headlines (again) following a heated argument with a supporter. Those were just some of the things that happened in League Two.Jordan and Luke sit down to discuss those topics, as well as victories for Walsall and Crewe Alexandra, alongside Gillingham ending MK Donsâ winning run, as well as discussing if Stuart Maynard is starting to feel the heat at Notts County.Timestamps:00:00 – Intro00:52 – Grimsby 0-2 Crewe Alexandra08:10 – Walsall 1-0 Barrow13:30 – Bromley 0-0 Port Vale19:55 – Bradford 1-0 Swindon28:17 – Salford 3-0 Notts County36:55 – MK Dons 0-1 Gillingham42:06 – Carlisle 0-2 Chesterfield47:10 – AFC Wimbledon 1-0 Doncaster51:44 – Tranmere 2-1 Harrogate55:01 – Cheltenham 2-0 Morecambe56:41 – Colchester 0-0 Newport

With only two games played in League Two this week due to it being FA Cup weekend, and with some clubs not playing at all, Jordan is joined by Luke, Keiron and Jack (making his FTF debut) to take a look back at their start of season predictions, and how on target or wide off the mark they thought certain teams would be heading into the festive period.

With Storm Bert ripping through the country and taking down three games in itâs path, Jordan, Jake and Luke return to take a look at the weekends action, which include Swindon losing a crunch match with Morecambe which involves a lengthy discussion about Ian Hollowayâs side, Colchesterâs wait for a win is over as they claim victory at Grimsby (to the dismay of Jordan), as well as big victories for Walsall, Chesterfield and Harrogate. Another international break for some, but not in League Two, as Jordan and Luke return to talk about the weekendâs action.
In this episode, the hosts discuss MK Donsâ rise under Scott Lindsey, frustrating times at Chesterfield and Colchester, and Crewe Alexandra continuing to impress. Alongside that, the two also touch on the protests at Morecambe, a couple of arguably questionable penalty decisions in a couple of games, and Ian Hollowayâs interesting post-match interview about how the Swindon training faculties are haunted.

After a week away due to it being FA Cup weekend (in which Grimsby lost to a struggling National League side), Jordan, Jake and Keiron return to talk about the return of the fourth division, including Port Valeâs unbeaten run coming to an end, Morecambe and Carlisle leaving it late to pick up huge victories down at the bottom of the table, and Tranmere scoring more than one goal to win a football match.
The hosts also touch on the impressive team goal scored by Notts County, as well as an assist of the season contender from Grimsbyâs Kieran Green (AKA ZineGreen Zidane – this definitely wasnât typed by Jordan btw).

WellâŠ
With Grimsby playing MK Dons over the weekend, Luke is clearly more upbeat than Jordan on this one, as the two dive into the events at Blundell Park, as well as the rest of the action in League Two, including another Port Vale win (theyâve been pretty good at that recently), Doncaster taking down Bradford in a Yorkshire derby, and Ian Holloway, looking like a Boy George tribute act, might as well have started work as Swindon manager on Saturday than his planned start date of Monday.
The two also take a closer look at the situation at Carlisle United, and discuss if Mike Williamson is already on thin ice at the club following yet another defeat.

Itâs been all change over Swindon Town. The club, who sit in 22nd in the League Two table have made the decision to part ways with manager Mark Kennedy and replace him with⊠Ian Holloway? (Thatâs not a typo btw)
Jordan, Luke and Keiron sit down and discuss the changes in the dugout over at The County Ground, which includes some very strong opinions on the former Premier League manager from Jordan in particular, who had the pleasure (or displeasure, however you judge the criteria), of Holloway recently managing his club, Grimsby Town.

In a rare event where all four of the teams that the hosts support won, only Jordan and Jake show up to discuss all of the midweek action that took place in the fourth division.
In this episode, we talk about if Port Vale are the real deal, is Lindseyball starting to become a thing at the âbiggest club in the leagueâ MK Dons, as well as continued discussions about Mark Kennedyâs future at Swindon following some really bizarre comments, and how Jordan is desperate to buy a referee a pint after another Grimsby win in which they break into the playoff places (thatâs mental in itself!)

Jordan, Jake and Luke waited way over an hour than originally scheduled due to Keironâs appalling university accommodation Wi-Fi but when he did eventually join (via a hotspot in the end), the hosts talked about Darren Mooreâs impact as Port Vale go top of the league, Morecambe FINALLY getting that first win under their belts and if Carlisle are in a relegation battle after another defeat, this time, to AFC Wimbledon who returned home following their pitch being destroyed by a flood.
A few other things that were also discussed included a Swindon win in which theyâre nearly threw away, an eventful contest in the East Midlands, and Jordan getting one over Jake with Grimsby victorious at Salford.

The latest action from League Two brought by The Deck.
Jordan, Luke and Keiron (whoâs happy after Newport won, but distraught after his favourite takeaway was recently closed down), return to discuss all of the action in the fourth division over the course of the last week, including if a couple of sides are close to changing their managers, Scott Lindseyâs appointment at MK Dons, the situation regarding AFC Wimbledonâs pitch after turning into a âgolf courseâ (Lukeâs words, although he did give a lovely donation to their crowdfunder), alongside reflecting on something Grimsby havenât done in a long time: Winning away from home, as well as winning back-to-back matches!

We also take a look at if thereâs more problems for Accrington Stanley after they surrendered a 2-0 lead late on to Port Vale, as well as Walsallâs somewhat unexpected but terrific start, alongside another Grimsby defe⊠(oh wait, they won!)

A battler as a player, a teacher as a manager, and, more importantly, a League Two promotion-winner (the only person in Crewe Alexandraâs history to do it as a player and a manager as well!) In this special episode, Jordan and Jake sit down with Grimsby Town Head Coach David Artell in an exclusive interview, in which he talked about what he saw about the club when taking the job and exactly how far he hopes to take the Mariners, as well as his time at Crewe and how his team progressed year on year whilst developing some of the most exciting academy players in the EFL in recent years that won promotion to League One, as well as a bit about his player career, which included his experiences facing the likes of Thomas Muller and Robert Lewandowski whilst representing the Gibraltar national team!

Crazy day of football for League Two!
Just 10 games this week in League Two after a couple of postponements for international fixtures. However, there was arguably more drama this week than there had been the rest of the season, with Swindon failing to beat a side with a defender in goal for over 45 minutes, Newport implode and Colchester stutter.
