  • Hello Freak Friends!!!

    We’ve got another episode of Freak Flag for your ears today. Last April (yes, 2023!), I got to chat with brilliant coach Chela Davison about her path to coaching and her process working with people.

    I worked with Chela as my coach for most of 2022, and I can personaly say she is a brilliant, effective, and quite *magical* coach. She REALLY really helped me at a moment when I needed someone to hold me and point out some of my blind spots.

    here’s a bit about Chela: Chela Davison is an Integral Master Coach and Master Certified Coach who works with socially conscious entrepreneurs, creatives, and practitioners to help them align their soul’s purpose with their work in the world. To support clients in doing the necessary inner work to break old patterns and create enlivening new opportunities, she offers coaching, courses and education including Lead your Self, a program and community that helps members to realize their Calling. She is the former President and Lead Teacher of the Integral Coaching Certification Program at Integral Coaching Canada, where she trained and certified hundreds of coaches worldwide. Chela is a writer, speaker and host of the What is Leadership? Podcast. She lives on the unceded territories of the Squamish Nation in British Columbia Canada with her husband, two sons, two dogs and six hilarious chickens.

    We got super nitty-gritty about her coaching process and the conscious, structured, titrated process of how Chela works with people in her coaching containers.

    abbreviated show notes below:

    * the privilege of Chela’s upbringing in a family system that had a teaching of “do what you love, and the money will follow”

    * gravity as unconditional love

    * Integral Theory and Integral Coaching and its lineage

    * working with people’s unconscious patterns so that they have choice in transformation

    * some of my experience working with Chela and how transformative it was

    * resistance as a normal part of the change process, and finding ways to relate to it as a “challenging but welcome friend”

    * the way she works with clients and deals with the delicate and nuanced space of context: things like systemic influence, cultural influence, inherited influence, as well as someone’s personal operating system, their resistance & ways of dealing, limitations they have or perceive that might not be so written in stone

    * Chela’s beef with mindset language.

    * “if you can see your limiting beliefs, those are not your limiting beliefs.”

    * Chela’s ability to to see things in others they can’t, and using that to help them choose their path based on what they love to do and are passionate about.

    GET IN CHELA’S WORLD!- her website- her newest offering, The Generosity Experiment - her podcast “What Is Leadership” on iTunes- her Substack “A Little Bit Much” (free with an option to pay)

  • hey hey PALS!

    new episode comin’ atcha. I have literally been daydreaming about this episode since the very inception of Freak Flag in Jan. 2022, and I decided NOW IS THE MOMENT. “DO IT NOW—YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN THE WORLD WILL EN”

    {It was better as a graphic, but I have the screenshot on my phone and my phone is not with me. C’est la vie—you get the idea.}

    No guest, no notes, no intro, no outro—I am going rogue & recording a lil’ Kath Chat.

    TOPLINE:

    Affirmations are the flower essences of the word world.

    Gentle and strong.

    Subtle until they’re not.

    Kind of like all that “think it and it shall be” stuff but EVEN SOFTER.

    No need to white knuckle this stuff, my dear. You can just have a handy lil’ phrase to pick up a few times a day, and faster than you might imagine, things will shift.

    love ya. make ur art. subscribe and/or share with a pal if you’re feelin’ it.

  • okay folks, this episode is a LIL DIFFERENT.

    instead of ME (your local Kath) interviewing someone, this time, SOMEONE INTERVIEWED ME! That someone is our pal Michael Kass (remember him from episode 3?!). On a Tuesday in March 2023, Michael sat in my blue velvet chair, and I sat on the green velvet couch (the guest spot!), and he asked me q’s.

    IT

    WAS

    FUUUUUUNNNNNNN.

    there is really something about the way other people see us, which is different from how we see ourselves!

    here’s my bio, which he read to me. I mean, you probably know about me, but hey, why not: Kathleen Smith is a singer, songwriter and producer whose music has been seen and heard on the radio, in TV and film, and by audiences around the US when she comes through on tour. She is also a music supervisor for award-winning TV shows and films on Netflix, Hulu, and Showtime, as well as the popular music podcast (and Netflix TV show) Song Exploder. For her most recent record, Medicine, out on 10.10.23, Kathleen moved from Los Angeles to the woods of New Mexico to write and record in an old barn, teaching herself to engineer, and producing, playing and singing nearly the entire record all by herself. Her whole ethos is to create work from her heart, in the hopes that it might help people connect to their own hearts and inspire them to make their own art. She lives in Santa Fe, NM with her husband, Shawn, and her white piano, Princess, and she occasionally interviews “cool fuckin’ people doing cool fuckin’ shit” for her own podcast, Freak Flag.

    MK asked me many good questions, and we could have gone on for hours, but he is really good at 3D life and time, so we clocked in at about 45m.

    Normally show notes would go here, but here’s just the quickest list this time:* it all started at age 4, with Barbra Streisand & Madonna records * reading an article in Harper’s Bazaar at age nine & then not getting into honor choir changed everything for a minute * the experience of writing the first song at age 19 * cosmic architecture & the need for ritual to plug us back into the remembrance of our place in it all* plus more! feelings! stories!

    okay, you’re already in my world {i think!}, but, hey, we’re going same format as usual for this, so here it is in case you want it:

    * your local Kath’s Insta

    * UTUBE - ya know, the videos & stuff.

    * Love Blast list (which is also the Freak Flag list) - ie mailing list, which is the literal FIRST & BEST place to learn what is going on in the Kathleeniverse.

    Thanks, as always, to KYLE for editing & mixing this episode!!

  • HELLO FREAK FRENZZZZZZZ!!!!!!

    I’m happy to report we have yet another yumsville episode for your ears today. My pal G (aka Giulia Isetti, PhD) was in town visiting from Chicago in February, and we chatted about all kinds of stuff here at the Clubhouse. There was some construction happening in the building, so don’t mind any strange ambient sounds you might hear—it’s not perfectly sound-insulated at the Kath Clubhouse!

    About Giulia: Giulia Isetti, PhD, is a level two USA weightlifting coach, and strength & conditioning specialist currently based in Chicago, Illinois at her gym, Coaching by G. She has helped hundreds of clients improve their lives with her unique methodology that blends fitness and nutrition with spirituality and inner inquiry. Julia is an advocate for honoring the body and its limits, and believes strongly in the wisdom and intuition of the body. As an expert in both the science and the mechanics behind physical fitness, she also understands that spiritual transformation is an essential part of achieving wellness goals. As the founder of Inside Out Fitness, Julia has created a unique approach to health and wellbeing which blends body, mind, and spirit. Through her guidance, people are able to not only reach their physical goals, but also make a deep personal inquiry to uncover true and lasting change from within.

    Per usual, we got INTO IT! In no particular order, here’s some of what we got into:- G unpacks her sayings “muscle is the currency of movement” and “movement is the currency of life”- there is a biological basis for why it can be difficult to get into a workout routine at first: the body is the ultimate conservative—it will not make enzymes that are not being used, and it will not stretch its metabolism beyond what is required to sustain its life while also conserving resources - like everything, if you don’t ask for what you want, you won’t get it; and further, if you don’t *know* what you want, you can’t even ask for it- the importance of healthy muscle tissue, and its effect on sustainability within the body and protecting your body from injury for the long-term- why weight-lifting and strength training — concentric movement — is the *only* method to build muscle and keep muscles, bones and tendons strong- even just stomping your feet regularly on the ground with some force can help reverse osteoporosis- the biological basis for the idea that if you’re not growing & transforming, you are actually, literally dying- the spiritual and practical basis of attaching your “why” to any goal, intention or desired outcome- Jerry Colonna’s question: “How have I been complicit in creating the conditions I say I don’t want?” {you can check his interview on the Tim Ferris podcast here}- most good things are cumulative, rather than one-shot, quick fix situations- muscle is not built at the gym—it’s built in rest and recovery. the saying “don’t just do something, sit there” is by George Mumford, meditation coach to Michael Jordan & Kobe Bryant.

    ABOUT GIULIA’S UPCOMING PROGRAM, Fit From Within:Fit From Within is a 4-week program that teaches you a sustainable way to be in your body—a way that is true to you and makes you feel alive from the inside out. You will learn to set realistic goals, create an actionable plan, and stay motivated to reach your health and fitness goals.

    GET IN G’S WORLD:- her Instagram- Fit From Within program begins May 1, 2023. You can get coaching from G, from anywhere you live in the world!- Coaching by G - If you’re in Chicago, you can literally work out with G!!

  • hellllooooo freak frennnnnz!!!

    woo—a sparkly new episode of Freak Flag is here!!

    SO PSYCHED to share with you my conversation with the brilliant Jenna Reiss. How are we already at episode 8, I don’t know. File it next to the meaning of life. MYSTERY.

    Jenna is a Breathwork Meditation Healer, Writer & Birth Doula supporting people in living more intentional lives through Breathwork, Meditation & Intuitive Guidance. She teaches private, corporate, groups, and conferences working with people to break free from old patterns and habitual ways of being, and connect with their authentic selves again. She has been a student of many master teachers in Buddhist lineages for Meditation, along with a level 4 certified Breathwork Meditation Instructor, Reiki Facilitator and has been initiated to teach by her mentors for her authentic ability to transmit the teachings. She is also a speaker, and a human development writer, currently working on her own book, and is the founder of Expanded Wild Hearts, an intensive healing experience moving through fears and returning to love.

    It was a mutual love-fest times a billion, and here are a few of the topics we covered, in no order whatsoever:

    * breathwork and how the breath is something everyone has access to, all the time

    * psychedelics and how the breath can you take you there, and farther, and more sustainably

    * jenna’s book, her writing and creative process

    * the challenges we all have to creative expression, and ways systems of power and oppression add additional layers of challenge for humans who are not white men

    * how to deal with creative shame, resistance, and the way life can sometimes “get in the way” of our ideas of timelines

    * self-compassion and letting go of self-imposed timelines for our creations

    * creativity as a deep spiritual path and way to get to know all aspects of self and Self

    * the way the breath meets you wherever you are, and can give you exactly what you need in any given moment

    * our vision of everyone flying their freak flags from the rooftops and screaming in exuberance

    I have to tell you—every time I do a Freak Flag interview, I am high for HOURS afterward. It is amazing. The people I get to chat with, and the deep and holy and sacred work they are all doing—UGH IT IS SO FUCKING INSPIRING!!!!

    OKAY, get in Jenna’s world if you want (and I DO RECOMMEND!):

    * Her website - where you can learn more about Jenna and sign up for a session

  • omg freak frenzzzzzzz!

    I am excited beyond beyond to bring you episode 7 (wtaf—how did we even get here ALREADY?!) of Freak Flag with my good buddy, brilliant healer and teacher and AUTHOR, Luke Simon. (Also in the intro I say it’s episode four, but that’s because I recorded it fourth, but lo—released it later!!!!)

    Luke uses spiritual practice to access creative energy. He shares the healing tools that help keep him in the flow: reiki, breathwork and yoga. He is here for creatives and queers, and anyone who feels outside and is trying to come back to their true self. Living in the Hudson Valley is getting him more rooted into nature. He organized a course called Earth School at Maha Rose North exploring how small scale gardening and ecology can help climate healing.

    per usual, we covered TERRITORY. Here’s a totally non-ordered snapshot of some of the points we covered:

    * luke’s autobiographical memoir/story Venus Juice, themes of which include “soul searching and finding one’s place in a very confusing world,” and how he turned it into a story as a very specific tactic and for specific reasons

    * allowing ourselves to work the way that works for us, which is sometimes different from our ideas of “how an author writes” or “how a painter paints” or whatever

    * luke’s talks details about his process, which was multi-disciplinary and spiral and included things like looking at art, making collages, and actual cut and paste of his book sections,

    * creativity, the mystery and allness of life

    * our mutual love of Los Angeles, and how Luke’s status as an outsider who moved from NYC to LA allowed him a particular lens through which to view The City of Angels

    * Creativity as a path toward healing

    * the mystery of process giving faith to life’s unfolding

    * a healthy view of discipline and how to take joy in working on your craft.

    * Luke talks about finding your medium to share your art and story through

    * The beauty in what we can’t choose, and that we have limitations.

    Also, shameless self-promo plug (which I promise you will thank me for): I PRODUCED AND RECORDED THE AUDIOBOOK OF VENUS JUICE.

    Therefore: I really think that if you haven’t read the book yet (or even if you have) YOU SHOULD REALLLLLLY check out the audiobook, available exclusively via audible.

    But also and tbh—even if I hadn’t produced and recorded the audiobook, I would STILL suggest you get your happy lil hands on this, or, rather, happy lil ears IN this!

    I know I can trend toward hyperbole, but I’m telling you: Luke reading his book in your ears or car stereo or whatever is truly a healing transmission, plus, he’s HILARIOUS.

    This man is not only meant to write—he is meant to perform his writing!

    I AM TELLING YOU! (also a little bit yelling at you, but you get the gist)

    okay, get in Luke’s world if you so desire:

    * Website

    * the Venus Juice Audiobook

  • HELLO FREAK FRIENDS & LOVE BLASTERS!

    Psyched, per usual, to bring you the newest episode of Freak Flag, episode 6 with the brilliant and magical Angela Harvey. We got cozy and recorded this episode in my friend Natalie’s living room in Santa Monica on her super squashy couch in March 2022. We had blankets and pillows draping everything to try and minimize sound reflection (sound nerd warning! ha!), and let me warn you now—we cackled quite a LOT.

    {Love Blasters—we have a very FULL update coming for you next week, but I wanted to get this out first! More music updates & such coming asap!}

    okay, back to the POD.

    Below Angela’s bio is a bulleted list of some of the topics, and per usual, it runs the GAMUT.

    I hope you enjoy this episode! I LOVE YOU! MAKE YOUR ART! (if you wish)

    Angela Harvey is an award-winning television writer, independent filmmaker and activist. She began her writing career on the MTV breakout hit Teen Wolf, after which she went on to serve as a writer/ producer on Salvation, a sci-fi show for CBS Television and Station 19, one of the latest offerings from Shondaland/ABC. She’s currently a Co-Executive Producer on FX’s American Horror Story and developing new shows in partnership with 20th Television and Bad Robot. As an independent filmmaker, Angela has directed three short narratives including Prom, which premiered at the 2020 Austin Film Festival, and she has written An Unlikely Friendship, a script about race and female friendship that will be her feature directorial debut. Along with her work in entertainment, Angela is a long-time volunteer policy advocate with global anti-poverty agency CARE, and is proud to serve on the Board of Directors for CARE’s political advocacy arm CARE Action. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Writer’s Guild of America’s PAC and as co-chair of the Think Tank for Inclusion and Equity (TTIE), a consortium of TV writers dedicated to expanding the voice and reach of underrepresented peoples in the entertainment industry.

    As always, here’s a list of the various things we chatted about—some in episode order (THANKS KYLE*!), and some not (courtesy of Kath):

    * Angela’s journey to becoming the award-winning TV writer she is, writers’ rooms, and the amazing mentor who had a huge part in launching her career

    * risks to take (& not to take) when moving forward in your career, including Angela’s story of taking a “definitely not recommended” risk anyhow (& it worked!)

    * Angela’s perspective on horror in TV/film—you get to hear her BLOW Kath’s mind with her brilliant take on this. (full disclosure: kath does NOT watch horror bc it’s too scary for her)

    * doing things you hate to create space for things you love

    * the evangelical response to Rob Bell, and how his book Love Wins literally CHANGED Angela’s life

    * hypocrisy in the “acceptance” of reformed theology and evangelical Christianity

    * how we can all be better stewards of faith by accepting that everyone’s path is different

    * plus: pleasure, religious history, wtf is “genre” writing, and generally a fair amount of two broads CACKLING about the good life

    get in Angela’s world!

    * Instagram

    * her website

    *Kyle: WE HAVE A PODCAST EDITOR/MIXER NOW, and his name is Kyle and he is amazzzzzing. He also edited & mixed the audiobook Kath recently produced. He is a brilliant musician and audio expert. • WOO EPISODE 5 of Freak Flag is here, my babes!

    It is my deep pleasure to bring y’all the magical herbalist flower fairy woman Elliott Brinkley, of Dancing Willow Herbs in Durango, CO.

    Elliott Brinkley is the owner of an herbal apothecary in Durango, CO called Dancing Willow Herbs. She is passionate about bridging plants and people through writing, herbal cooking, teaching and providing herbal support for others. As a vitalist herbal practitioner, Elliott focuses on therapeutics that work with the body’s natural processes and support its innate gravitation toward healing. Elliott loves to convey the emotional and spiritual wisdom of plants through leading plant meditations, and classes that allow others to develop their own relationships with the botanical beings.

    Among the vast and ranging garden of our meandering conversation, here are some of the topics we covered:

    * Elliott’s journey from being a baby herbalist and plant lover, to herbalism school and now being the proud owner of Dancing Willow Herbs

    * the way the spirit of this business (Dancing Willow Herbs) was working on and with Elliott almost since the beginning of her time in Durango, CO

    * her knowing of what she wanted, and how she fuckin’ WENT AFTER IT in that special Capricornian way of hers ;-)

    * how sometimes Life moves faster than our timelines have planned for, and how in Elliott’s case, she figured it must be because she was ready earlier than she thought, so she used it as an opportunity to practice even deeper trust

    * herbal allies she has called on and been in relationship with for years

    * the herbal infusion she drinks daily (marshmallow!), and some of its magical & scientific qualities

    * immuno-modulating polysaccharides—starches that are basically like a weight room for your immune system

    * beginning steps you can take if you want to come into deeper relationship with herbs, and the caution and respect necessary (ie don’t just start trying stuff b/c herbs are POWERFUL, and some of them are contra-indicated if you are on certain meds, etc.)

    * herbs for the season we’re in now (we recorded this at the end of January, so it’s slightly different now that we’re in March, but still applicable!)

    * elderberry, and all of Her magical deep qualities, which are like a blend of star and cosmic and deep deep earthy magic, and the way elderberry medicine connects us to who we *really* are—who we really are in relationship to the Cosmos

    * when Elderberry blooms—Beltane to Summer Solstice

    * responsible, ecologically sound ways to engage with elderberry

    * the essential function of the immune system as distinguishing between SELF and NOT-SELF

    * upcoming classes and workshops at Dancing Willow Herbs that people can take from anywhere, because, DUH, we are living in “modern times,” and there is this thing called the INTERNET

    GET IN ELLIOTT’S WORLD! I CAN’T recommend enough!

    She has a couple of SUPER MAGICAL workshops (online) coming up very soon, so, seriously—check it out!

  • hello my love blasters & freak flag listeners!

    woot woot—freak flag is back, baby!

    well, not back, but sort of back!

    I had to take a small break from publishing due to life and health and overwhelm and the need to let my new creative conflagration settle into a more sustained and sustainable hearth fire I can work with WITHIN the life I have rn.

    Ah, sustainability always for the win!!!

    Without further ado, I am THRILLED to intro you to the newest episode, freak flag ep 4!

    It is my GREAT pleasure to introduce you to the true love of my blessed life: SHAWN PATRICK BOYD. He’s got some real-world cred I’ll share below, and he’s also my husband, and the writer and creator of a REALLY COOL f’ing graphic novel series!

    Shawn Patrick Boyd is a writer and actor who has appeared in TV & film. As a longtime copywriter, he’s written ad campaigns for big brands including Target and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. He currently lives in Santa Fe, NM, but his family keeps trying to lure him back to the woods and waters of Minnesota.

    Various topics/points we touched on (as usual—IN NO PARTICULAR ORDER):

    * his graphic novel series Winona Forever, and how it came about, starting as a screenplay and then morphing into a graphic novel

    * “it’s only in retrospect that life makes sense,” plus how life is like a forest or a maze, and why that’s actually cool

    * the importance and value of experience, age and more years in our life for stories and storytelling

    * how creating for the pure pleasure and joy of creating becomes its own positive feedback loop

    * how it seems like some (or all?) creations have souls and agendas of their own

    * why “follow your curiousity” is often easier and less pressure than “follow your passion”

    * his tips for someone who wants to get started writing but doesn’t know where to start

    * lots of talk about the technicalities of writing & best practices: setting, specificity, human emotion

  • today’s episode, “every breath is a story with michael kass” is YUM AF. Tho, tbh and upon momentary reflection, I’m realizing that probably I will say that about EVERY SINGLE EPISODE EVER THAT I MAKE.

    So, Yes: YUM AF.

    I had a delicious conversation with Michael Kass, an international facilitator, consultant, and healer who works with organizations and individuals to weave a new story that brings us into greater connection with ourselves, each other, and the wider world. He works with the U.N., The Walt Disney Company, Google, and The Nomadic School of Wonder (just to name a few of the incredible organizations & corporations he does his magic in!), a solo performance show he wrote & performed back in the early 2010’s played and won awards at Fringe festivals (an amazing theater festival) all over the US of A, and he was recently in Dubai where he moderated a panel about dignified storytelling at the Dubai EXPO 2021.

    As with everyone I chat with on Freak Flag, this man is offering his deep medicine to help us all live in a world that is filled with compassion, empathy and trust! YES!

    Per usual, our convo was wide-ranging and deep!

    Here are a few beats, topics, & folks we covered:

    * bringing the sacred into corporate boardrooms

    * separation & the way the sacred has been leached is a cultural illness

    * plant medicine & Ceremony, Michael’s solo show about a turning point in his life

    * compassion, empathy and trust are actually better for everyone, including the “bottom line”

    * a simple practice to invite the sacred in, wherever you are

    * the need for ritual in community

    * how we physiologically respond to story is actually an evolutionary adaptation!

    * direct experience vs cognitive understanding

    * why Michael hates TED talks (;-) a particular fave moment of mine!)

    * Breathwork - our teacher is David Elliott

    * our hopes for the future

    * the stars

    AND SO MUCH MORE DELICIOUSNESS!

    To dig into Michael’s world (AND BELIEVE ME, YOU SHOULD! IF U WANT!!!), check him out at the links below:

  • HELLO PARTY PEOPLE!!!

    Welcome to Freak Flag Episode 2, WE NEED TO REST, with Julia Albain!!!! Julia is a gifted Reiki master practitioner and teacher, folk herbalist, and energy healer (among other fantastic magical things), as well as (we don’t mention this in the episode but I feel to tell you) my current pottery bestie here in Santa Fe. (By which I mean we take pottery class together!)

    Julia and I had a wide-ranging and delicious conversation about many things, including but not limited to:

    * the Januaries, our biological and seasonal need to rest which is in conflict with American (Western? marketplace?) ideas about starting a new year, and the mind-fuck that ensues

    * how we are all Just So Tired and We Need to Rest

    * we ALL each have a POTENT medicine for these times, and our sense of belonging/un-belonging usually points us straight to what our medicine IS

    * the magic of humans and how we *can & do* create, alongside historical context for the ideas of humans as fatally and terribly flawed and horrible beings

    * energy and creation, how they’re actually value-agnostic, and creation as a way of life

    * why the world doesn’t need us to save it

    * moving beyond the framework of ideas of good & bad

    * becoming more clear and neutral with language, including beginning to speak from sensation, which opens more possibility

    * collective body trauma, how at the surface it is these days, and why that is a “good” sign and can be hopeful

    * what it means to be alive in a “post-healing” society, why that’s actually exciting, and why creation is more important than ever

    AND SO MUCH MORE!I hope you enjoy this convo!

    BOOKS MENTIONED:

    * Kissed by a Fox by Priscilla Stuckey

    HOW TO GET INTO JULIA’S WORLD MORE:

    * Julia’s website and her Radical Healer Eco-System & program (starts in March, so join up if you feel called).

    * Julia’s instagram

    I LOVE YOU! MAKE YOUR ART!

  • Hello world—it’s me, Kathleen, and this is my podcast FREAK FLAG.

    I made the first and second episodes in a few hours today, so VOILA — here they are.

    Also, you Love Blast subscribers may notice this is a different format than usual—I have switched from MailChimp to Substack due to the super easy audio capabalities and chill UI, so LET’S SEE IF THIS WORKS.

    I have so much more I want to say, but the fun thing is: now I have this space, so I’ll probs be saying a lot.

    First up: THE FIRST EPISODE OF THE PODCAST.

    This is all an evolution and a co-creation!

    It’s kind of rambly!

    BUT THE POINT IS I MADE A THING & PUT IT OUT IN THE WORLD & SAID “F STRATEGY AND PLANS AND PERFECTIONISM BC I AM A SPONTANEOUS CREATOR”—TIME TO PUT SOMETHING IN THE WORLD I CARE ABOUT!

    Mentioned in this episode:

    * leonie dawson - australian entrepreneur who I LOVE

    * rachael maddox - trauma & coaching educator who is BOMB AF

    OH AND ALSO THE MUSIC IN THE INTRO OUTRO IS
.take a wild guess—written and performed by MOI. Part of the LOVE SUPERSTAR album, co-produced with the MAGICAL and INIMITABLE Trina Shoemaker. You can find it all the places online.

    okay, enough is enough—listen or whatever.

    I LOVE UMAKE UR ART

    xx
