Today I am joined by Elke Pascoe the founder of the little oak company. The first palm oil free formula in the world.
Although Breast is best when it come to baby nutrition, obviously this isn’t possible for all women and some women choose to formula feed their babies. So, today I wanted to chat to Elkie about the formula industry and to pick her brain about some of the most commonly asked questions I get as a nutritionist about formula. Being a nutritionist food quality for my family is so important to me. Little Oak is a company I personally use with both of my boys, and knowing the ethics and the ingredients of this company and formula has really helped me make the transition with ease when I could no longer breast feed. So I am excited to bring you this episode today and hopefully answer some of your questions. -
