  • This conversation turned into something I didn’t expect.
    I walked into this interview with Antonia Harman thinking we’d talk about energy healing and trauma.

    What I got instead was a live demonstration that shifted something deep inside me the thoughts I’d been carrying about my visa, my future in the UK, and all the “what ifs” that had been sitting in my stomach for weeks.

    Within minutes... what replaced it? Clarity. Peace. The knowing that wherever I go, what’s meant for me will never pass me by.
    Antonia Harman is an emotional trauma expert with nearly 20 years of experience.

    She calls herself a wizard... not because of gender, but because of her style of healing. She uses what ancient mystery schools called “higher level magic” source energy, no tools, no intermediaries. Just intention. And she believes we are gods with amnesia, walking around with latent superpowers locked away by malware in our energy systems.

    Her grand theory of disease? Every disease exists in three categories: gas (thought-based emotions like anxiety and depression), liquid (conditions that move and shift like back pain or cysts), and solid (tumours and physical manifestations). And when you clear the root emotions, the diseases fall away.
    This conversation went deep into energy, emotion, walking on water, the sword in the stone, and what happens when you stop running from your worst-case scenarios and actually walk through them.
