2 oz Gin1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur3/4 oz Strawberry Syrup1 oz Lemon Juice3 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters1/4 tsp Absinthe (for rinse)Prepare a chilled coupe glass by rinsing the inside with absinthe and dumping any remainder (or use atomizer to spray inside of glass). Add all remaining ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 12-15 seconds until well-chilled and diluted. Double strain into prepared coupe glass.

Carribean Carre´
1 oz Rye Whiskey

1/4 oz Benedictine
2 dashes orange bitters
2 dashes Angostura (or Chocolate) Bitters
