Happy Monday girlies! It's my wedding week, so I thought it fitting to talk about my celibacy journey as it is quickly coming to a close. Choosing celibacy after already having sex, living with my partner, and becoming a mom wasn’t an easy decision. I battled with guilt, shame, and the feeling that maybe it didn’t even matter anymore. But deep down, I knew that honoring God with my body wasn’t about my past—it was about my obedience moving forward.
In this episode, I’m sharing my journey of reclaiming my purity before marriage, why this decision became so important to me, and how I overcame the struggle of feeling like it was too late to make a change. If you’ve ever wrestled with sexual immorality, feelings of shame, or wondering if waiting is even worth it, I pray this conversation encourages you. Let’s talk about it.

Happy Monday girlies! This episode is just as much for me as it is for you lol.
The problem isn’t that you can’t stay on track. The problem is that you keep choosing habits that work against you. A lot of times, self-sabotage looks like giving up completely just because you slipped up once. You missed a workout, so you stop going altogether. You had one unproductive day, so you throw the whole week away. You made one bad decision, so you convince yourself you might as well keep making them. But true consistency isn’t about being perfect—it’s about getting back on track no matter how many times you fall off.
In this episode, we’re talking about self-sabotage, the all-or-nothing mindset, and why one bad day doesn’t mean you should quit. If you’re tired of making choices that keep you stuck, it’s time to start being consistent in the things that actually move you forward.

Happy Monday girlies! Missed you so much last week, and I'm glad to be back ❤️
Today's episode is about downplaying our calling. How many times have you dismissed your assignment from God because you thought it wasn’t a big deal? How often have you let doubt, pride, or fear convince you that what God asked you to do doesn’t matter? Too often, we minimize our calling, forgetting that God placed this assignment on our lives for a reason. The things he is asking us to do are important and should be treated as such. Listen as we discuss the importance of showing up even when we don’t feel like it, how our obedience impacts others, and five practical steps to push past doubt and fully embrace what God has called us to do.

But as I prepare for marriage, God has been softening my heart and renewing my mind about what it truly means to be a wife.
In this episode, I’m getting real and vulnerable about my journey—from questioning biblical submission to fully embracing it. I’ll share how motherhood shifted my perspective, why submission doesn’t mean inferiority, and the practical steps I’m taking to prepare for a God-centered marriage. If you’ve ever wrestled with the idea of submission or struggled with balancing strength and softness, this episode is for you!
