Episode 50!!
Matt, Jordan and Chris start off the episode with an injury journey with Jord, Matt has a V02 Max test and Chris is showing some great fitness ahead of a 10k race on the weekend.
The episode is followed up with an Interview with the Mayor of Bendigo, The Australian record holder in the marathon and Olympian Andy Buchanan.
They touch on his last 12 months of running and how he's progressed in his career. They chat about the Paris marathon and how Andy took over a minute off the Australian record in Valencia.

The long awaited day has finally come where we sit down with Jack Crago to chat all things running and shoes.

2025 came around quick and the fellas want to go over their goals for the year of running.
They joined in the Gold Coast Run Co annual NYE 25x400m and surprised themselves. It was hot and fast, but very rewarding.
The boys discuss how they got out the door over the holiday period and agree that they are still full from Christmas lunch.
