If you were ever curious about what I did at the FBI, or how on earth I went from being the Chief of Staff for the FBI’s Counterintelligence Program’s Program Management Office to becoming a holistic health coach, this is the story that you are going to get today. I’m sharing details of that part of my career that I never shared before – how young I was when I decided I wanted to work there, how I got there in the first place, some highlights of what I did… and even some of the dark side.   • The concept of everything in moderation is a good concept in theory.

    It’s just one piece of cake.

    It’s a special occasion, enjoy some dessert.

  • If I were to say that diets suck and they don’t work, I truly believe that 99.9% of you will agree with me. They do suck.
