On this episode of Guff Guff Pass we shared the set with a legend in the making, a mountaineering sensation and one who already sat atop 13 of the highest 8000+m peaks in the world- Nima Rinji Sherpa. At just 18 (yes 18 years of age) Nima has already embossed his name into the mountaineering hall of fame breaking several records along the way. He shared some of his ambitious plans with us that spans from clean-up projects to creating awareness about the athleticism of Sherpas, who have till now been viewed as an assist rather than the feats of greatness that they are. Join us and explore the world of athletic mountaineering as Nima helps us understand the pitfalls, the highs and the work that needs to be done to take this homegrown activity to the global stage.

This was an interesting episode with an even more interesting guest on Guff Guff Pass. Bhaskar Puri is a certified psychotherapist and hypnotherapist, who has been running his own flank for the past three years under the name Mindspa, while being in practice for even longer. Bhaskar showed us a glimpse of what hypnotherapy and how it has been able to either help or in some cases ruin humankind over the years. With his psychotherapy background we also traverse the much talked about mental health realm and how it has become a looming problem for the upcoming generations. The episode is also sprinkled with some rather funny anecdotes and stories along the same lines. Cheers!

What a night of epic proportions Nepal Warriors Championship 3 turned out to be, and who better to walk us through it than the headliner himself- Rabindra Dhant. This episode of Guff Guff Pass is not just our accounts of the evening but what went before, after and the craziness that occurred parallel to it. We break down Rabindra’s fight and he makes a proper play by play analysis especially of that tight armbar that had us all gasping. We wanna take this chance to also thank everybody who showed up and the ones who showed out and made the event a success. 2023 has been a whirlwind of chaotic events that threw a lot of wonderful, mesmerizing and learning opportunities our way. From Rabindra’s epic run at One Championship to completing 3 years of Guff Guff Pass, it had it all. With a little luck, 2024 will bring more to the table and we shall pounce on them at first glance. Wrapping up the year, there was much to unravel and talk about regarding certain prominent occurrences and our takeaways from them. But all in all, a good year for GGP and hopefully our viewers too. The boys just fresh off their trip to Darjeeling that hosted its first mma event where some awesome fights and not-so awesome wrongdoings took place.
