  • Ever thought of flow as a great solution to burnout? No? Today you will discover why it is actually one of the best antidotes.

    Now, keep in mind: when you are in burnout already, that is no longer time to focus on flow. Instead, to deal with burnout, you will need to create time, and space to relax, recharged, disconnect from your stressors.

    To handle stress that led you there, and to work on healing the consequences.

    Yet, flow is the great state to look for at a moment when you feel you are driven…but a bit too much.

    When you start to get tired and saturated with everyday work.

    When you feel stressed a bit too often. Overwhelmed, perhaps.

    When you feel your motivation melting, and your irritability growing.

    Sooo… if you ever have those moments, in this podcast episode I am talking about how you can use flow as an antidote for stress and to prevent burning fully through your batteries.
