In this solo episode I take some time to share some insights from my own practice. These relate to the Buddhist concept of Right Speech including abstaining from false speech, abstaining from slanderous speech, abstaining from harsh speech, and abstaining from idle chatter.
The book that I reference in this episode is a great reference for those interested in Buddhism as a spiritual path or if you just want to explore some of the concepts for personal development. It is called The Noble Eightfold Path by Bhikkhu Bodhi: https://www.amazon.com/Noble-Eightfold-Path-Way-Suffering/dp/192870607X

It's been a long year with a lot of growth. The Happy You Are Here Podcast was gone for that time, but many of you found this podcast for the first time and listened to many episodes while I was away. I'm grateful to be able to share with you.
This episode is a solo episode sharing where the podcast is going this coming season. I've been called to use this as a platform to dive deeper into my authentic communication and bring that authenticity out of my guests too.
Over this coming season I'll be sharing a lot of the lessons and growth (both mental and spiritual) I've traversed over the past year. At the same time I'll be interviewing some of the most lovely, interesting people I know. Some previous guests will make a return and you'll meet plenty of new people as well.
