2 cups grated sweet potatoes½ cup brown sugar¼ cup white sugar½ cup molasses1 tsp cinnamon½ tsp nutmeg½ tsp salt½ cup melted butter2 eggs, beaten1 cup milk1 tsp vanilla extract👨🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
2️⃣ In a large bowl, mix together grated sweet potatoes, brown sugar, white sugar, molasses, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
3️⃣ Stir in melted butter, beaten eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well until fully combined.
