  • After speaking at the Healthy Home Summit that Sandy Wong hosted I wanted to share a few more thoughts about the differences between sustainability and regenerative design and architecture.

I share some insights on the importance of moving away from the linear economy to a circular economy, the value of WASTE (aka resource reuse), and how our personal and professional choices can contribute to a regenerative future.

It's really time we move beyond “less bad” practices towards positive impact in construction and design.

Let me know what you think!

  • If you’ve ever wondered if your home could be affecting your health, it is WORTH your time to have a healthy home inspection.

Most of us spend 90% of our time indoors, yet many homes have hidden hazards like mold, toxins, VOCs, EMF and poor ventilation.

In this episode, I sit down with Jonathan Farrar of JF Healthy Homes to discuss what a Building Biology inspection looks like.

Building Biology practitioners are trained to assess all of these factors (water quality, air quality, electromagnetic fields, etc) to give you a *clear* picture of what could be going on.

It’s not just about finding issues; Jonathan does an amazing job of empowering YOU with solutions that heal.

  • Time to rethink the mold conversation! In this podcast with the founder of Beyond Terrain, Liev Dalton dishes out VALUABLE insights on "mold illness" and the role of mold in homes from a terrain theory perspective, which certainly challenges traditionally held beliefs around health and disease...yes, even in the naturopathic world.

Mold is a beautiful, complex, alchemical process that intentionally exists in nature to bioremediate. What if mold was simply doing what mold does? What if the root issue wasn't so much the mold, but the way we build our homes?

As a health & wellness interior designer, even “high-end luxury” homes are built with synthetic, toxic, cheap, chemical laden construction materials and methods that are creating sick environments for people and planet.

Mold is certainly gettin' fussy that it can't break down our vapor impermeable plastic environments and I believe that's why we are witnessing an epidemic.

I am committed to this work of environmental health to change the way we build, design and craft buildings for future generations to come.

I wanted to have Liev on my podcast because his message is the same as mine -- EMPOWERMENT! We are living in a time of fear mongering, so it’s important to know that you have power to heal your life, it may just look like a new paradigm, new viewpoints, and new choices.

As Liev says, "Mold causes disease? I would disagree."

  • Last week, a podcast guest rescheduled last minute, so I took advantage of the mic/computer/lighting set up and decided to riff and offer a little glimpse into some of my journey the last few years and share 2 specific tools that I use to retrain my brain and resolve limbic system impairment: The Feldenkrais Method & Primal Trust.

But OOF - this is vulnerable to share as I am a very private person, however, as I've shared more and more, openly and unapologetically, alchemy continues to occur - like MAGIC!

I just want to note - for those in the midst of illness or pain - even though some pain and symptoms still exist, despite how I might feel I am CHOOSING to live my life’s purpose anyway. Freedom isn’t symptoms going away, but discovering one's true self in the process, and along the way, symptoms and pain dissolve.

I hope this episode serves you and encourages you- I would LOVE your feedback on this!

  • Spend just 10 minutes with Brian Johnson and you’ll quickly realize—he’s a healer, cleverly disguised as a natural builder.

Yes, we talk about innovative building materials like Faswall and why mass wall systems will still be standing 500 years from now. And yes, we dive into Brian’s passion for working with earth, dirt, mud, and all. But the real heart of this conversation lies in how Brian integrates energy work into both his craft and his life.

We’ve all encountered stressed out builders, designers, and trades—living from the neck up, caught in intellectual pursuits, and disconnected from the heart. (Hey, I spent three decades living from the chest up, all in my head —I get it!)

If you're in the building industry, this is a conversation you won’t want to miss. You'll not only gain insights into Brian’s approach but also learn about the Healthy Building Alliance—his initiative to build community and promote education around healthy living and building practices.

    Hope you enjoy Episode 10!

  • Episode 9: How does one go from being a successful vegan restaurant owner in LA to becoming a regenerative farmer & cattle rancher in Texas?

Sometimes we have these light bulb moments in our lives that help us connect the dots when we aren’t living in full alignment.

For Mollie, one of those moments happened when feeding her little one oak milk from the grocery store, while receiving raw milk from her cow. She was intentionally connecting to nature, but at the same time realizing the ways she was still disconnected to nature and oh boy, the dots started to connect for her!

This interview pulls back an intimate curtain on:

Mollie’s story and her new book, Debunked By Natureher wild entrepreneurial journeythe very public shifting of her own profoundly held beliefsand where she is now as a champion for our regenerative future

In the same way I could no longer align with the conventional interior design system, Mollie has been following this same source driven alignment in her own field.

In order for us to change the world ahead, we must be willing to stand in our convictions.

  • Episode 8: In this episode, I sit down with Brian Costello to explore the powerful themes in his new book, The Primordial Code—a fun, inspiring, and thought-provoking read. I loved it! We dive into alternative topics like holistic health, spirituality, personal awakening, and the deeper urgency behind Brian’s transformative message. Our conversation touches on the contrast between empirical code and the primordial code, character development, and the importance of authentic communication. Brian also shares his insights on the need for a new paradigm in education, the impact of societal conditioning, and the cognitive dissonance that can arise when we begin to question long-held beliefs. His book truly is a call to action—encouraging us to awaken to our innate wisdom, potential, and to seek out the kind of community that supports our growth and shares our path.

"It's a new earth, new paradigm."

About Brian: Brian is the Author of The Primordial Code, a popular novel about an indigenous inspired society who are sharing their secrets in an attempt to save modern civilization. For the past 10 years, Brian has studied virtually all domains of natural living, from ancient fringes to modern breakthroughs. At the top of the list are things like his 30-day fast, a 100+ day sun gazing experiment, 10+ year breathwork practice, countless plant medicine ceremonies, and 1.5 year regenerative community living in the jungle of Costa Rica. Along the way, he has translated his studies into a variety of podcasts, training programs, seminars, and certification courses. Now, everything is shared through The Primordial Code book series and Primordial Medicine [Co-Healing Community].
