I came across a post on Threads last night, a woman saying she had been to three different therapists and not one of them actually listened to her. They just wanted to talk about themselves, or give her advice. It's a sorry state of affairs when therapists claim to be person-centred and yet don't walk their talk.
In case you don't already know, I've founded a training school called "Life Mastery Practitioner School" and I am training people to be multi-dimensional clients. In this chat, my co-facilitator Lyn and I talk about compassionate listening, which is the core process of Life Mastery Therapy, and why it's so important. We also talk about being in the present moment, and why energy healing can help you feel more centred and grounded, and brings you back to yourself. I'm sure I give you a couple of techniques here, too.

I can’t believe it’s been 2 years since I last talked with @TimWhild
I think we have stepped out of chronological time. It’s part of the shift we are all going through. I was honoured to be asked as a guest on Lyn Man's new podcast, I Am Enough. I insisted on leaving in the beginning where she fluffs her lines, because it really is relevant to our discussion. The thing is, when we come from a place of compassion for the other, we have more compassion for ourselves too, and more patience for life.
