Many of you have read my viral Huffington Post personal essay, but there is a bigger, more nuanced story behind the story. In this episode, I dig into the finer details of the twisty, serendipitous situation - revealing yet untold bombshell admissions.
I intended on discussing the controversy around the weirdly polarizing piece but then we had some unexpected shit go down in the studio where we record, and had to cut it short. Shall we do a part two? Let us know!
Also, please comment, follow, subscribe, leave reviews, download, and share, share, share because it really helps us and we love hearing from you!

Spiritual awakening or psychosis? I’ve definitely asked myself this question at points in my life. According to Adela, intuition and an ability to communicate with other realms is simply a science we don’t yet understand. Adela’s gifts are strong and she’s spent over twenty-two years honing them through tests, confirmations and otherworldly guidance. Her readings are surprisingly grounded - connecting us to loved ones who’ve passed, and guiding us through life’s ever changing tides (she believes in free will).
Adela has a popular YouTube channel, a book on Amazon, she hosts The House Medium podcast, and even teaches courses on tapping into your own intuition and mediumship skills. And while she’s focused on helping others, her origin story is fascinating and reminiscent of a Disney princess - if that princess spent her teens partying in Hollywood and got her start as a psychic/medium while slinging coffee at the Starbucks on Ventura and Laurel Canyon in Studio City.
Finally, you’ll get to see Adela in action as she gives me a crazy accurate reading, maybe even revealing some of my innermost fears…
After our chat, Adela texted to let me know David Bowie came on the radio as she was driving home. Watch the entire episode to find out why this is so magical and relevant! Don’t forget to book a reading with Adela, and please DO NOT forget to like, comment, download, subscribe, and leave reviews for HollyWould!

This is a first. Both doing a solo episode, AND telling this particular story. I’ve dropped bits, scenes, moments, and alluded to, but never in my life, in any place public or private have I sat down and simply laid it all out - I was a teenage runaway. I was kidnapped at twenty. I escaped, moved to LA and rode the tidal wave of Hollywood’s music and entertainment-biz, while sinking into the drugs and alcohol I nearly drowned in. It was as exciting as it was harrowing. And now, I’m spilling it all - as well as how I recovered, found sanity, and became the person that can share this tale from a healthy, happy and very, very grateful place.

Justin Warfield hates talking about Hollywood and himself. Yet, against all odds we managed to have an incredibly satisfying conversation about growing up here in LA, dads in the music industry, his path to becoming the front man of She Wants Revenge, and what fame and success can look and feel like if you have a good head on your shoulders. Find out where Justin’s head is these days, and what we can look forward to, right here on the HollyWould Podcast!

Samuel Larsen is a musician, singer-songwriter, actor, and model, best known for his work on Glee. Recently, on social media, he’s been sharing openly about his sobriety journey, which spawned an idea in my mind to get him on here to talk about it. Samuel and I discuss fame - having it, losing it, and getting smack-down humbled, as well as drinking problems, love and sex addiction, dating, and a whole lot of recovery.

Cristiana Ladki-Williams is the producer of our show as well as a mega-boss-babe-producer in the world at large. She is also one of my best friends, and the stories of her wild child days (some of which I was present for) never cease to blow my mind. As usual, there are rockstars galore in our lively discussion, as well as some life lessons - delivered with lots of laughs from a woman who knows.

Anne Thornton is a chef, writer, performer, entrepreneur, and an overall superstar. On this episode Holly and Anne discuss the woo-woo, sobriety, “California Sober”, and getting cancelled! Anne Goes deep, gets vulnerable, and drops some hard earned wisdom. Cristiana and I were inspired by Anne and her integrity and I bet you will be too! (For those listening on audio only, there are a couple weird pauses where Cristiana is asking questions. We left them in as they’re good ones. Next time we will give her a mic!)
