We're wrapping up Season 4 of the Illuminate With Lizzie podcast with a bang! The Universe gifted me with a beautiful guest that I have the honor of interviewing, Daisy Douglas. Daisy is an evolutionary astrologer, hypnotist, and mentor. You may also know her as @flowerfordais on Instagram.🌼
In this episode, we focus on two very popular topics - understanding your life purpose and love life through the lense of evolutionary astrology. Friendship breakups are likely inevitable in the spiritual ascension journey. We are ever evolving, ever changing, and as our frequency raises our soul will start to gravitate and make room for the people who are of the same frequency. It can be heartbreaking to let go of people in your life if feel your energy doesn't resonate anymore, but there still is that love there. In this episode, I share why friendship breakups are actually a healthy sign of your soul's evolution, how to communicate to those in your life that you feel guided to let go of, and how to move on / heal from these friendships. If you thought my health journey was miraculous, wait till you hear this one. I have the honor of interviewing Brian Kong who is the Co-Founder of Yin Yang Wellness Retreats, owner of the stem cell company Human wellness center, yoga teacher, father, and ex-monk.
This conversation is truly special because Brian is the first person I’ve talked to that has also gone through a crazy health journey that led to an even deeper spiritual awakening and purpose for life. He really understands what it’s like to be gaslighted by doctors, have no one around you believe what you’re experiencing and how painful it is to navigate that.
From being poisoned by someone close to him, to not being able to sleep for a year and blacking out constantly, to having a spiritual awakening on Easter Day, and then choosing to alchemize all of this pain into purpose - his story really is inspiring. Find out how he healed from a debilitating illness, and what techniques he used that helped promote healing within him - mind body, and spirit.

It's been a little over a year now since I've shaved my head, and it's time to share my journey! It's been a wild one indeed, but I'm thankful I got to experience what it was like to let go of every single strand of my hair this lifetime. If you've been feeling an inner nudge to move on from your job, a relationship, a place, a person, a thing - whatever it may be, then this episode is for you. You are feeling those feelings for a reason, energy doesn't lie. You may be praying and praying and praying and praying, wondering why your prayers haven't been answered yet. Wondering if anyone is really out there listening. Wondering why you may be going though / experiencing whatever you are in your path this time. Truth is, your prayers are answered as long as you come from good intention, and you hold on to patience and faith. This is key to miracles manifesting. Whenever your prayers are answered, the divine plays a big part in that. If you feel like it took too long, you'll soon come to realize that it was actually the perfect time. Looking back in hindsight, you'll understand why everything fell into place the way that it did.
In this episode, I share how lessons that we're meant to learn in this lifetime play a role in when our prayers are actually answered. Our soul decided on the lessons we wanted to learn prior to coming into this lifetime. These lessons are tied to us evolving spiritually, and creating the life that we desire to create for ourselves with the Universe. In order to do so, this comes with understanding the lessons we're being given, learning the lesson, and actually applying into our lives. That is when your manifestation takes place in physical form, that is when your prayer is answered.
Karma from past lives and this one also play a role in the experiences your encounter during your earthly journey.

In this episode, I share how when we take action from a place of fear or control - reality is going to reflect that. Our environment, the people we encounter, the experiences we have will mirror back the energy behind our thoughts, behaviors and actions. When we act from a place of internal ease vs conflict of "If I don't do this, this is going to happen" (fear-based mentality), our reality will be aligned with whatever we're meant to experience, even IF the circumstances involved are chaotic.
I hope this helps give you all a better understanding of how we can each shift our external reality based on our internal reality.

There is NO LIMIT to what the Universe can do for you! Whether it's a specific sign, romance, etc, - as long as we believe in the magic, we'll receive. Ever since my spiritual awakening, I've understood more and more that EVERYTHING is energy. The same magic that created you is abundant in what it's able to bring to you. This beautiful divine energy can co create anything in your life along with you. When we ask the Universe / God / our angels for guidance or signs, we're going to get it. It's up to us to be present, and trust that we are able to create and bring to life whatever we wish to in this lifetime.
