Taste, tone, and finding your sonic signature. Our guest can’t hide his passion for the music. With brutal honesty and a care for the craft, he speaks in length about the trickle down effects of the devaluation of music through streaming- all the way down to the independent artist’s budget. In addition, he’s a self proclaimed nerd, gunning for the title of Street Fighter champ at your local GameStop.

From New York to Los Angeles and back, our guest knows when it's time to switch up the pace. He began his career designing audio electronics for Apogee in LA alongside multi-Grammy winning producer, engineer, and mixer Bob Clearmountain- who would later become a good friend. Meanwhile, New York was undergoing a golden age of hip hop. Turntablism birthed a new form of musical creativity. Our guest jumped at the opportunity to return to his home city to feel that electricity.
He hasn't slowed down since. He is the Grammy nominated, multi-platinum mixer for Run The Jewels and has mixed for Mac Miller, Nick Hook, and many others. His daughter loves his mixes on the iconic Disney soundtracks for the Frozen series, Moana, and Coco. His private production and mix production studio is appropriately named Hudson Electric Co. , as he harnesses the energy of New York culture in the music he touches.
