Welcome to THE NEW SCIENCE OF PHYSICAL HEALTH. In 2009 at almost 45 years of age my wife and I were blessed with our only child. Twenty years before he was born his Grandfather (my Father) passed away from a massive and sudden heart attack - he was just 46 years old. I had just completed my degree in health, physical education and sports science.
The year that our son was born I began to become obsessed with helping him and his generation drive down their clinical complications from Obesity, Catastrophic Cardiovascular Events, Diabetes and Metabolic Disease. The lessons here do exactly that. -
Word Book is an entertaining and educational English language learning podcast. The hosts, Ria and Alisha - both native speakers of the English language, select a random word, talk about its definition and talk about its different forms like nouns, adjectives, verbs and adverbs. And the best part is the engaged, and often funny, creative storytelling where the listener gets to learn how to use the word in day-to-day conversation in various forms. And did we mention the small quiz we play in each episode?
It is a weekly podcast that not only helps expand your English vocabulary but also makes the learning process enjoyable. So if you are finding learning English hard and/or boring, then probably this is the best podcast to brush up your language skills for a new to intermediate user.

Welcome to Intuitive Kids! Did you know research shows that children who have a positive, active relationship with spirituality are 60% percent less likely to be depressed as teenagers? They’re also more likely to have positive markers for high levels of academic success and become stronger, more resilient adults.
This is what we all want for our kids and why we created the Intuitive Kids podcast. Intuitive Kids is a spiritual podcast helping children of all ages raise their vibration and develop their intuition.
One of the most important gifts we can give children is to help them trust themselves. When a child trusts themself, they possess an inner compass and calm they’ll utilize their entire life. By developing our intuition we get to know who we are; we feel a deep connection with the Divine; we identify our purpose; and we begin to drive our own lives.

Welcome to Mighty Girls. I’m your host Sarah, founder of Eltee Sydney. This podcast is dedicated to girls who are achieving great things in their sports, despite the challenges that lead 55% of girls to drop out by the age of 17. Often it's not because they don't like sport anymore either. It's other things. It might be juggling sport with schoolwork or grappling with changing bodies and managing periods. On each episode of Mighty Girls, we chat about highs and lows, what the girls have done to last the distance and we discuss how sport has helped them in other areas of their lives. I also talk to their parents, coaches, and other health care and sports professionals for tips, advice and insights on how we can keep girls engaged in sport. Join me on my mission to keep girls moving. Want to arm yourself with more information around the causes of sports disengagement among girls? Women in Sport, a not-for-profit that campaigns to transform sport for the benefit of every woman and girls, has developed ‘8 Principles for Success’. They’re the key steps in minimising the barriers girls experience so they can make sport and exercise a more meaningful and exciting prospect in their lives. Read more in the full report (March 2022) (https://www.womeninsport.org/.../Tackling-Teenage...). It's from the UK but the findings are pretty much a carbon copy of results of similar research on young Australian girls.
