  • Maybe this is an unpopular opinion but I feel like we waste a lot of time and energy with things like exercise and diet to try and look and be something we aren't.

    And then we fall of the exercise band wagon because we are forcing ourselves to do things that ultimately don't feel good.

    I have a different approach.

    I like to approach exercise from a place of pleasure as well as a space of honouring my energetic needs and feminine cycle.

    In this episode I share my past relationship with exercise and where I'm at now.

    Where I'm at now is in a place of liberation and pleasure when it comes to how I choose to move my body day to day.

    This allows me to show up for the long haul and meet my physical needs day in and day out.

  • In this episode I share some of my thoughts, feelings and wisdoms on why having better sex is life altering.

  • We can all agree that the holidays can be a pretty stressful time of year with all the to do's and social obligations.

    We can also all agree that even though we know that the holidays are stressful it's really hard to get off that holiday hamster wheel and honour what we want and need.

    Why is that? Kristin aims to answer the question is this podcast episode.

  • In this episode I share the poem Wild Geese by Mary Oliver as a tool to remind you that you do not have to be good in order to take up space in your glorious body and life!

    I know the holidays can feel triggering if you have a tough relationship to food. I know because I've lived it share in this episode about my own journey with eating and some of the ways I have created liberation for myself around food. I used to binge hard over the holidays and then enter the New Year repenting.

    I know this is an all too common cycle so I ask the question, what would it do for you and your life if you let go of the guilt and shame around eating and instead had a healthy and happy relationship to food. Can you trust yourself that when you honour your body's needs and let yourself eat and live with pleasure that you will make choices around food that are true and healthy for you?
    These are some of the questions we explore in this episode along side the idea that one of the ways to eat without guilt or shame is to reclaim your whole self through the embodiment of your wild woman aspect.
