Elle évoque également les principes de bases du thêta healing qu’elle pratique aujourd’hui et qui consiste à ré-écrire les lignes du code qui détermine notre être.
In the continuation of my interview with Barbara, she talks about her mystical experiences, her "dark night of the soul" and how she came out of it through a new reading of free will. She also talks about the basic principles of theta healing, which she now practises and which involves rewriting the lines of code that determine our being.

Barbara Kalowy a été la première à me répondre suite à l’appel que j’ai lancé à tous les coachs francophones dans l’épisode #75 "Bâtissons une cathédrale". D’abord kinésithérapeute puis ostéopathe, elle raconte son parcours de vie dans ce premier épisode extrait d’une longue conversation que nous avons eue ensemble. La spiritualité et la thérapie y sont inextricablement mêlées.
Barbara Kalowy was the first to respond to my call to all French-speaking coaches in episode #75 "Let’s build a cathedral". First a physiotherapist, then an osteopath, she talks about her life journey in this first part of our long conversation, where spirituality and therapy are inextricably linked.

Following the last episode, 'Free Will Revisited', I saw Didier Weiss's name appear in the comments, and in this new episode I extend this friendly and spiritual dialogue with him, explaining the influence of the Three Principles on the evolution of my conception of free will.

This is the most important episode since I created this podcast. In itself, it sums up all the others, and you could listen to / watch only this one. On my return from my immersion in England with 14 other Powerful Men, I come back to a seminal text by Sydney Banks, discovered in the work book we were given, a hitherto unpublished interview that gives the definitive keys to the question of Being and free will.

Je rentre de mon immersion avec 14 Powerful Men sous la houlette d’Ankush Jain et l’inspiration des Trois Principes. Ce furent 7 jours qui vont changer le cours de mon existence et de ma carrière. Je reviens déterminé à œuvrer pour que la profession de coach soit identifiable et respectée à la hauteur de son apport réel dans le bien-être, la santé mentale et la croissance du niveau de conscience de l’humanité.
I've just returned from my immersion with 14 Powerful Men under the guidance of Ankush Jain and the inspiration of the Three Principles. Those 7 days changed the course of my life and my career. I've come back determined to work to ensure that the coaching profession is recognised and respected for its real contribution to well-being, mental health and the global growth of humanity's level of consciousness.

J’ai enregistré cet épisode à Mayfield en Angleterre où je participe à une immersion d’une semaine avec 13 "powerful men". Cela fait dix ans qu’Ankush Jain organise deux fois par an ce genre de retraite avec seulement des hommes, et c’est une expérience extraordinaire, qui pour la première fois de ma vie me met au contact de la beauté d’une masculinité éclairée, alors que depuis mon enfance, j’ai toujours redouté la compagnie des hommes.
I recorded this episode in Mayfield, England, where I’m taking part in a week-long immersion with 13 'powerful men'. Ankush Jain has been organising this kind of retreat twice a year with only men for ten years now, and it's an extraordinary experience, which for the first time in my life brings me into contact with the beauty of enlightened masculinity, whereas since childhood I've always dreaded the company of men.

José Le Roy est diplômé d′une grande école d′ingénieur et agrégé de philosophie. En 1993, il rencontre le philosophe anglais Douglas Harding et devient un de ses collaborateurs et amis. Il partage depuis l'enseignement reçu par Douglas dans des ateliers et des conférences et anime le blog "éveil philosophie". "Retour à soi, retour au Soi" étant un de mes livres préférés sur l’éveil, j’ai souhaité le rencontrer et lui poser des questions sur la place de la spiritualité dans l’espace public.
José Le Roy is a graduate of a top engineering school and holds an agrégation in philosophy. In 1993, he met the English philosopher Douglas Harding and became one of his collaborators and friends. Since then, he has shared Douglas's teachings in workshops and conferences, and runs the blog "éveil philosophie". As "Retour à soi, retour au Soi" is one of my favourite books on awakening, I wanted to meet him and ask him some questions about the place of spirituality in the public arena.

George Pransky quitte Salt Spring Island avec une sensation paradoxale. Il n’arrive pas à donner crédit aux prétentions de Sydney Banks qui pense révolutionner la psychologie, tout en reconnaissant les résultats confondants qu’il a pu observer. Il décide d’y retourner pour y passer l’été avec sa famille et son collègue Roger Mills, et une nouvelle surprise l’attend.
George Pransky leaves Salt Spring Island with a paradoxical feeling. He cannot give credence to Sydney Banks' claims that he is revolutionizing psychology, while acknowledging the confounding results he has observed. He decides to return to the island to spend the summer with his family and his colleague Roger Mills, and a new surprise awaits him.

Un acte de foi m’a été nécessaire pour ne pas juger cette histoire de "révélation" vécue par Sydney Banks comme une pure extravagance. Et c’est aussi ce qu’ont vécu George Pransky et sa femme Linda, ce couple de thérapeutes ayant fait le déplacement depuis la Californie pour assister à une de ses conférences, trois ans après son expérience d’illumination.
It took a leap of faith on my part not to dismiss Sydney Banks' story of 'revelation' as pure extravagance. And this is also what happened to George Pransky and his wife Linda, a couple of therapists who travelled from California to attend one of his conferences, three years after his experience of enlightenment.

Pour moi, 2024 sera une année consacrée au partage des 3 Principes. Plus je m’ancre dans cette compréhension, plus elle m’apparait comme une voie royale vers l’éveil, l’amour de la réalité, et la fin de la souffrance. Dans cet épisode enregistré à la Tribu de Lavaud, je lis un extrait de ma traduction du "Chaînon Manquant" de Sydney Banks, le livre qui fonde cette compréhension.
For me, 2024 will be a year dedicated to sharing the 3 Principles. The more I ground myself in this understanding, the more it appears to me as the ultimate shortcut to awakening, loving reality and putting an end to suffering. In this episode recorded at the Tribu de Lavaud, I read an extract from my translation of Sydney Banks' 'The Missing Link', the book that sets the foundation of this understanding.

Muscler son intelligence spirituelle, ça consiste à se débarrasser du logiciel de l’ego, dont la fonction principale consiste à sécuriser nos illusoires identités. S’il a pu se révéler déterminant dans le processus de l’évolution, il est devenu aujourd’hui le seul véritable obstacle à un éveil collectif inéluctable.
Building our spiritual intelligence means getting rid of the ego software, whose main function is to secure our illusory identities. While it may have proved decisive in the evolutionary process, today it has become the only real obstacle to an inescapable collective awakening.

On parle beaucoup du QI, qui est censé mesurer l’intelligence individuelle, mais très peu du QS, le quotient spirituel, qui pourtant le surpasse et dont la caractéristique est d’être équitablement réparti entre tous les humains et accessible à tous les âges de la vie.
We talk a lot about IQ, which is supposed to measure individual intelligence, but very little about SQ, the spiritual quotient, which nevertheless surpasses it and whose characteristic is to be equitably distributed among all humans and accessible at all ages of life.
