In 2015, he founded the JTK Group, a strategic leadership firm specializing in capital generation, asset growth, and team management; and in 2019 launched the sister company, JTK Development, LLC. Additionally, Michael serves on the Boards of the Oklahoma City Dodgers Foundation, the Urban Bridge Impact Center, and The Fairness Center in Harrisburg, PA.


    Michael's previous experience includes serving as the CEO of SALLT, Corporate Secretary of The Oklahoma Partnership Project, President and CEO of E Foundation, and President of the Oklahoma Council of Public Affairs.


    Michael is an Oklahoma State University graduate, where he earned a bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism and a master's in political science focusing on international relations.
