In early 2010, Hala established “Journey Through Change” a program dedicated to guide people to improve their lives in positive way through different activities such as counselling, coaching, workshops, lectures and team building hiking trips. She holds a number of awards, including the Mohammed bin Rashid Award for “Best Businesswoman in the UAE” in 2013. In addition, she was Criterion Winner for the Innovation Emirates Women Award 2014; a tribute from several government agencies and the private sector for her role in community service.
