  • Estee is a long time friend, mother, wife and business owner of a successful staffing agency, California Job Shop.

    Estee completed her Masters degree in Educational Administration, with an emphasis on curriculum design.

    She went on to teach for 7 years, and while completing her prerequisites for Medical school, she realized she was more interested in the business of recruiting physicians, instead of being one.

    After working for several notable recruiting agencies, in 2013 Estee founded her own as a hobby, but it has now scaled so significantly, with over ten employees and an average of ten job placements per week.
