So often, we think fear keeps us safe.
But in reality, it keeps us small.
In this episode of Live Intentionally with Ladymarsela, Marsy shares a deeply personal reflection on what it means to choose love in healing, in relationships, in leadership, and in everyday life.
Choosing love doesn’t mean ignoring your pain or forcing positivity.
It means choosing to stay open, even after being hurt.
It means leading with compassion instead of control.
It means believing in possibility, even when fear tries to convince you otherwise.
If you’ve been holding back because you’re afraid to try again, this episode will remind you that love isn’t weakness. It’s your greatest strength.
In this episode, you’ll hear:
💛 The subtle ways fear disguises itself as control or perfectionism
💛 How choosing love creates expansion in work, relationships, and self-growth
💛 A personal reflection on healing and re-opening your heart
💛 Simple reminders to live and lead from love, not fear
Because love will always expand you — fear will only shrink you.

What happens when you move back home, and realize you no longer fully belong?
In this episode, I share what it’s been like to move back to Indonesia after years abroad and how even though I look like the locals, I still feel a little foreign.
As I record this episode from Namibia (returning "home" to visit my old life), a place that holds so many of my memories, I’m reminded that home isn’t always where you were born, it’s where you grow into yourself.
We’ll talk about:
The identity gap that comes with returning home
Why adaptability is one of the most powerful soft skills you can cultivate
The beauty (and reality) of moving countries — and how to find your place again
And a simple reminder: you are not a tree; you can move
Whether you’re in a new city, a new career, or a new season of life , this episode is for anyone learning to belong to themselves again.
Because at the end of the day, home is not a fixed place.
It’s you, grounded, growing, and brave enough to keep exploring.

We often see healing as something we do after life has hurt us, but what if it’s also proof of our courage?
In this episode, I explore the idea that healing is evidence you’ve lived, loved, taken risks, and dared to step into moments that could change you forever.
I share deeply personal stories, a heartbreaking end to a beautiful relationship, the quiet grief of a friendship that faded, and the exhausting reality of workplace bullying.
Each one taught me that pain doesn’t mean weakness… it means I was brave enough to try.
In this episode, you’ll hear:
Why healing is a sign of strength, not just survivalThe mantra that helped me move forward after heartbreakHow failed friendships can teach resilienceLessons learned from toxic work dynamicsWhy every scar holds a story of courageIf you’ve been through heartbreak, loss, or difficult endings, I hope this conversation reminds you that your healing is a badge of bravery.

No one really prepares you for the cocoon phase, where silence is loud. And stillness is all you have.
Where you start shedding who you thought you had to be… and make space for who you really are.
Where you grief for the version of you , grieving the old you that worked so hard to be loved.
Grief for the life you imagined but never really wanted.
Grief for dreams you outgrew.
But within that shedding?
There’s room to breathe again.

I asked myself what would life be like if I had no doubt, stopped my negative self-talk tendency, decided to quit self-sabotaging, gave imposter syndrome a kick in the butt, let go of perfectionism, be a healed, healing girlie and dedicated the next 6 months of my life to total bliss and abundance mindset.

As wonderful as it is to always be on the go, it contributed to chronic stress, anxiety, that lead to me going through a lot of medical things.
The lesson that I take along with me is that there is a season of slowing down to speed up. Slowing down means that you really become intentional on what you really want to focus on in your life
