Welcome, I’m Dr. Guerrero, a pulmonary and critical care doctor. I'm deeply concerned about our late-stage approach to medicine. It's evident that we need to emphasize prevention well before diseases manifest. Many doctors, including myself, believe we should assess patients' health before diseases set in, focusing on precise preventive measures like lifestyle changes, genetic reviews, and comprehensive blood tests.
I've started this podcast to empower you with knowledge on prevention, including tips on mindset, motivation, fasting, exercise, and diet. I'll sometimes host guests, and I encourage you to suggest topics. Your input will shape our discussions.
Thank you for your interest in science and medicine. I appreciate your time and look forward to our next session. Thanks
