In 1998, aged 19, Tommy Knarvik won Leedsâ first ever Young Player of the Year Award - beating fellow youngsters Jonathan Woodgate, Harry Kewell, and Alan Smith to the end of season trophy.
However, despite spending six years at Leeds, he played just 4 minutes of first team football at the club - coming on as a 86th minute substitute in a 5-1 away win at Portsmouth in the FA Cup 4th round in 1999.
