In Episode 24 we chat to Helen Hall. Helen is a runner and a coach. She analyses movement using the latest in movement science and gait analysis technology to find solutions for pain and injuries and show runners how to find more speed for less effort incurring fewer injuries in the process. Helen calls it The PFM Way to Movement Efficiency. Helen is also an author and has written a book called ‘Even With Your Shoes On – Discover your Natural Path to Smooth, Efficient, Enjoyable Running’. We also chat to Lusk AC club member Neil Walsh about his running and how he employed "Jeffing" to recently train for and race the Edinburgh Half marathon.

In our second episode of the year we talk to Áilis McSweeny a former Irish international sprinter and 100m record holder. Áilis talks about her background in running and athletics and about Sanctuary Runners, a solidarity-through-sport initiative which uses running, jogging and walking to bring together asylum seekers, refugees, migrants and all Irish residents. We also meet Lusk AC member Pat Whelan who organises and leads very popular strength and conditioning courses at Lusk AC's Olympic Training Centre.

On this episode we talk to David Matthews, who is a double Olympian having represented Ireland in the 800 m at the Atlanta and Sydney Games. He is the former Irish record holder for the 800 m and 1000 m. He is also a broadcaster with RTE, and works for Athletics Ireland and is the meet director for the Athletics Ireland NIA live events. Dave talks us through his career and tells us all about the NIA live events. We also talk to Lusk AC Club member and Lusk 4 mile Director Annette Foy about the forthcoming 4 Mile race, which will take place in Lusk on the 3rd March 2024.

In episode 10 we chat to Dick Hooper, one of Irelands best known marathon runners. Dick, a Raheny Shamrock AC member, won six national marathon titles, and DCM three times including the inaugural DCM in 1980 and represented Ireland at three different Olympics. We also meet Lusk AC vice chairman and development coach Aidan McKenna, who talks about coaching at Lusk AC, Lusk AC's training facilities and his hopes and ambitions for Lusk AC going forward.
