Katie Walker, 46, was last seen in Sydney's Tamarama at 1:12pm on May 23, 2026.
In articles several weeks ago now, the press wrongly identified the mum-of-two as a "Married At First Sight Australia producer" and described the wrong woman. They confused Katie Walker with Kate Walker, who works in TV. Since then, some outlets have quietly deleted their stories and there has been zero further coverage.
The real Katie's story has now been ignored by all mainstream media.
I (Joshua Fox) have spent a week now speaking to Katie's frustrated friends and family, and promised them I'd use my platforms to get her face and story out there that'll hopefully lead to new information. Plus, I've been speaking the private investigator they've hired to also try and find answers
I'll be documenting our progress on this new podcast, The disappearance of Katie Walker, as well as on my Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
NOTE: NSW Police have now issued two public appeals for information and their investigation is active.

As the search for Katie Walker continues, in this episode I detail the incident with "the man from Dubai" who her loved ones see as the main suspect, I discuss what the police found in Katie's apartment once she was reported missing and why they're not following up new leads.
Everything you hear in this episode is shared publicly with permission and encouragement from Katie's brother. The response to this content so far has led to valuable new information, which I also discuss in the episode.

This episode is going to make several people uncomfortable.
That includes myself, the influencers from the Bali trip, content creators in general, journalists at mainstream publications and, in some ways, you, listening to this, wherever you are.
I’m now home from Bali, I’ve spent 48 hours reflecting on what I learned over there, what I’ve learned from the online commentary and I have a few things to say.
In this episode, you’ll also hear from Below Deck’s Alli Dore, who is now recovering from the “rib contouring” procedure and Stella from this year’s Married At First Sight, who shares her own cosmetic surgery story – and the regrets she now has.

This isn't the ending I thought this Bali series would have, but after I waved Married At First Sight bride Bec off at the hospital ahead of her "rib recontouring" surgery, a lot quickly changed. In this episode, she explains why she has backed out of it, for now, at least.
PS: Not discussed in the episode but It is worth noting though that here, in Bali, several of the girls' scheduled surgery times and days did get switched once they arrived, allowing for people like Bec, who weren't first up, to have that little bit of extra time to stop and think, like you'll hear in this episode.

Ahead of Married At First Sight bride Bec undergoing the “rib recontouring” procedure with all of the other influencers here in Bali, we sit down to really discuss why she is doing this and the conversation left me a little sad. I also share my thoughts on this whole thing so far and what I've realised.

As I remain in Bali, in this second episode of my little investigation series into the rise of "rib recontouring" I address the backlash, welcome former Married At First Sight bride Awhina into my hotel studio ahead of her procedure and ask both Awhina and Bec: Why are you doing this? And do you think it's setting a dangerous example to young people?

I'm currently in Bali alongside Bec and a group of other Australian influencers who are here to undergo a very controversial new cosmetic procedure called rib recontouring - or the "snatched waist". I have come here to investigate why this is the fastest growing procedure in the world, why it is about to be forced into millions of Aussies newsfeeds and what the actual reality of it is.

As the claims from several brides from Married At First Sight UK continues to dominate the news cycle, here’s some new updates about the future of the show over there and in Australia. Plus, I also have an update on the Second Marriage At First Sight “all stars” spin-off series which is now in pre-production.

Trigger Warning: This episode discusses rape, sexual assault and sexual violence.
A lot of you have been asking for my thoughts on the Married At First Sight UK situation, which is still very much unfolding. In this podcast, I discuss how this could change reality television internationally, if I think this will be the end of Married At First Sight and why there should be no victim blaming.

After it was reported last week that Channel 10 are cancelling I'm A Celebrity, the network have responded, I've done some digger and here is what is exactly going on - plus what this means for Australian reality television as a whole following a string of axed shows.

As the Bec vs Small Business drama continues across socials, I've decided to look at the bigger picture of all of this with how the influencer world is now being more regulated, how so many Married At First Sight participants are (presumably unaware that they're) breaking Australian Consumer Law with most of their posts and the huge fines they face if investigated by the ACCC.
