    In this episode, I talk to Tia, a gut health coach, who decided to quit her high-stress corporate job a couple of years back and started to focus on healing multiple health issues that no doctors around the world were able to help her with.

  • Elisabeth Bohler, explains why she decided to fight cancer only with holistic methods and refused surgery and radiotherapy:

     "I sat with myself at some point and I thought: If you really believe in everything you're doing, why don't you try it? If I go through the normal medical way, it's not giving credit to everything I'm trying to learn."

    Elisabeth shares her story of discovering holistic methods, that helped her fight depression, anxiety, and even helped her heal from cancer.

    She has been studying and practicing these techniques for 10 years, and she decided to pass the knowledge to everyone who needs it.

    In Episode 09 I'm having deep talks with Rene, my good friend, who has been living in Bali for the past couple of years, following his dream life in the jungle.

    Rene went on an incredible journey starting in Germany, where he’s from and continuing through Dubai, India, Sri Lanka, and Bali, where he’s currently settled.

    We talk about Rene’s life full of fear in the past and how he broke the pattern by always choosing uncertainty and discomfort. Rene never stopped to choose uncertainty and always chooses discomfort and growth over anything else.

    His mission now is to help people break through personal limitations and remember the greatness that’s been always inside.

    In episode 7, I talk to my good friend Sophie again. As a plant based nutritionist, and someone who follows almost 100% whole foods diet, she's the right person to share her experience and knowledge on this topic.

    Sophie is sharing a story of her struggles with chronic UTI (Urinary Tract Infection) she was suffering from for years. When nobody was able to help her, she didn't give up and kept researching on her own until she found holistic approach that helped her heal completely by following strict protocol prescribed by Medical Medium.

  • “You need to understand the bare fundamentals before you move to level two. So if you don’t understand level one, even though it’s the basic of the basics, if you don’t know it at 5 a.m. when someone wakes you up randomly, you cannot go to level two, cause there will be the one time when you’ll need it and you’ll not be ready.” Jan Pavlovcik - talking about his process of learning and applying the knowledge.

    In episode number 6, I talk to Jan, one of my best friends here in Dubai. We both came to Dubai on the same plane 6 years ago and we both joined Emirates airline as cabin crew. 

    Jan is a full time photographer now, working for a production company here in Dubai. 

    After almost 6 years of flying, Jan finally decided to quit his job at Emirates and pursue his biggest passion - photography. Jan talks about how did he become so interested into photography, and how he managed in only couple of years enter the world of professional photography.

    We talk about his endless curiosity and process of learning and understanding things, and he gives some tips for aspiring and beginner photographers.

    In the fifth episode of Make A Move podcast, I'm going to introduce to you one of my old friends from back home, Viktor. We used to go to the same school back in Slovakia, and ten years ago, we worked together as animators in a hotel in Turkey. Then, Viktor, only as 23 year old and while still studying at the university, started his own company "Animationpoint". The company is focusing on training animators and supplying animators for the biggest hotels in Czech Republic, as well as hotels abroad. His company became one of the best in the business, and its services are still desired by the best hotels all around Czech Republic.

    We talk about the beginnings of Animationpoint, about Viktor's leadership skills, and we also talk about the current situation in the world and how is his company coping with it, while many other small businesses are shutting down.

She gave up the job and took a big step into the unknown and uncertainty , when she resigned with no backup plan and no job waiting for her back home. She’s sharing her story of battling her own mindset and regaining her self confidence, while volunteering in Sri Lanka and searching for her purpose in life.

    Sophie now works as a store manager of Yuicery, a healthy vegan concept in Stuttgart, Germany. She’s also a certified vegan nutritionist with a huge passion for spreading awareness around healthy food and lifestyle.

    In the second episode of the Make a Move podcast, I am very excited to introduce to you a good friend of mine and one of the most respected Yoga teachers in Dubai, Neha Duseja. 

    Apart from being an amazing teacher, hosting workshops and teacher trainings around Persian Gulf and India, she is one of the strongest people I know. She is known for her openness and willingness to be vulnerable when she shares her life stories. Many students know her as a teacher who always speaks from her heart, which proves her authenticity.

    Neha is sharing her story of overcoming alcoholism and eating disorders, and battling with herself over and over. She also talks about a decision that changed her life - quitting a stable, well paid corporate job, to become a full time Yoga teacher and doing something that fulfills her every single day.
