Hello and welcome everyone! If you are new, I am Stephanie and this podcast is a long conversational format with alternating solo and guest episodes. There is a chit chat segment that is after the guest segment where I chit and chat about everything and nothing in my world of being a maker and interior designer. This wonderfil is 40 wt which is a nice thick top stitch weight that will produce a nice visible glow. There is even hand embroidery glow in the dark thread by DMC sold at JoAnn. Note - the glow in the dark thread lasts about 15 minutes and will reactivate when exposed to light. It will last a lot longer under black light. Or - use wearable rope light that can be stitched or glued onto fabric items and costumes. Julie Luoma and her husband are the owners of Off the Wall Quilt. This is an online (and traveling in person) quilt store that specializes in custom laser cut acrylic rulers and templates for just about anything, appliqué, longer quilting and more. They also developed EziGrip rulers for quilters. The backs of the rulers have a non-skid backing that keeps fabric and the ruler from moving.
