How fun and tough motherhood is and how we utilize cannabis for calming, creativity, and not a bandaid to just get through the day.

We demystify the process of going to a dispensary (where you purchase cannabis) to what questions to ask, how to utilize the budtenders (the hospitality you are purchasing cannabis from) and why the whole experience is not intimidating at all. All our nerves and fears around buying weed are invalid, because you are walking into a group of people that found healing or coping and want to help you heal and cope too!

Budtenders are a wealth of knowledge for so many reasons. From the trainings they take, the passion they have for something that has changed their own life, and its really one of the only places you can go to that all the employees are trying the products, you get reviews and recommendations right from the source! There’s a ton of products, products to use the product and it can be overwhelming, if you go in and be honest about where you are, they can meet you where you’re at.

We cover a ton in this episode, and you will walk away from this episode with so much confidence to approach your first time in a dispensary or continue to deepen your knowledge of yourself and your body to find what works best for you!
